Explore the amazing possibilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Field Service is the most reliable and convenient way to implement it in my organization, despite not being straightforward. My team has been thoroughly impressed by both iOS and Android applications as they are easy to understand and have top-notch performance. Moreover, since upgraded versions of SF products were released, more features specifically for Field Service had gradually become available – making us much happier than before when I built them from scratch! In the upcoming edition of the sales cloud, there will be a new Work Plans feature that replaced previous options allowing me to look forward with excitement - this proves how simple adding components can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Salesforce can be complicated to navigate, and data is easily misplaced due to its vast amount of fields, accounts, and small font size. Although customization options provide versatility for organizations' needs, navigating through this platform must be more user-friendly for those unfamiliar. Without first gaining familiarity with the system, it isn't easy to utilize effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud utilizes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. This data allows us to identify potential issues or areas of improvement within our organization, internally with employees and externally with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an essential part of our business operations. It is incredibly intuitive because it has so many customization options for our business. The one thing about this platform is that it is clear very quickly that while Salesforce is often lamented for its weight and complexity, it is also very much the leader for a reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback of this platform is that it has no native backup solution because it can be complex to maintain private pages or dashboards. Salesforce makes changes on a quarterly cycle which can impact our business processes platform because it has limitations; it can be incredibly frustrating because it has an ideal solution for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is always support because we run into technical issues and training materials to aid our implementation and learning processes. Overall, it is excellent value for the money, especially when we can pay per license and significantly less than other products.

What do you like best about the product?
I am drawn to the Salesforce Sales Cloud for its intuitive user interface and ease of deployment. Automation tools help streamline mundane tasks, while cloud scalability provides a framework that supports rapid business growth on demand. The specific security measures ensure that sensitive data is safe from unauthorized access, promoting organizational trustworthiness amongst customers and partners. Furthermore, with powerful analytics capabilities at your fingertips, you can quickly produce reliable insights ensuring informed decisions can be made without unnecessary delays or guesswork. Finally, I love how accessible online learning resources provide an easy way for users around the world to stay up-to-date with best practices, ensuring they get maximum value out of their technology investments not just now but also into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the instability of Salesforce Sales Cloud due to its many customization possibilities, which can be challenging to keep track of. It has incredible potential if configured and understood adequately; however, training is necessary for users to use the available features fully. All this requires time and effort that can detract from other important tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Rule-based auto-assignment was an excellent choice for Service Cloud functionality. Automatically delegating tasks to the most accessible individual removed any need for constant supervision, freeing up valuable resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales force provide good tools manage the sales process making it hassle free. It helps the team manager to get proper insights to understand the sales cycle and build good strategies to increase and improve the sales. It also helps to pull out data that woul be helpful to build and execute sales pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding any additional notes, the person has to put a highlight and then add the details. This at times makes the process tedious as it is an additional task to add notes every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in maintaining the data of customers there by improving the data sanity of the organisation. It helps us automate the processes by linking to telephony which reduces the effort of mannual data update. The integration of Salesforce with any other supporting softwares is very easy which makes it standout from the rest

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting view is very easy to create and customize. It's helpful in all aspects of the sales cycle and marketing activity. It's best for a visual graph view which is easy to customize and create charts or bar graphs. Creating opportunities is fairly easy, and the option to include more information in VARIOUS areas is great, even though it can be overwhelming, I try to remove fields I will never use so the visual is more condensed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming with the fields and information if you don't know what you need or what to enter directly. There is no way to condense it because having the option is helpful. Creating opps isn't difficult, but it requires a ton of manual entry, which is time-consuming. I wish there was a better way to integrate auto-publishing or to populate to alleviate the time it takes to enter information. Because of this, many opps are missing information that others have, creating skews in the data and hence reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking each opportunity in the sales cycle and for us tracking sales and pipeline activity (or tying back to specific activities) if done correctly. Our CRM in Salesforce is great though.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to truly customize and configure in any way that best suits our company's needs. It also integrates with many useful tools in the Salesforce ecosystem which enables many optimizations in the business
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize can make it a little challenging to create structure in terms of processes and workflows that are hard to fix down the line so careful planning is definitely required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to quote customers efficiently and in ways we hadn't been able to in the past; as well as invoice customers faster and enable strong reporting through integration into other tools

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a clear look at the different stages of the buyer journey, and helps us optimize toward success and more revenue wins. In a marketing organization that is directly tied to revenue, we leverage this tool to track the journey as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation takes a long time and there is a strong learning curve to get fully onboarded into this platform. More educational resources would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has helped us save a lot of time in pulling reports and doing pulse checks on how our campaigns are performing, based on client's interactions within our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
All the out of the box functionality for any organisation they can just purchase sales cloud licence and they are good to go without much configuration . All the objects available like leads,account ,contact , opportunity , contract solves real buisness problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Really very hard to say Salesforce sales cloud with regular relase left with very less things to not like . But in general Salesforce can work on its performance issues which arrises very often . Also more out of the box reportype so end users can create more reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is backbone for our sales system . Starting from generating leads to creating contracts for customers all things are managed in our Salesforce sales cloud . We use sales cloud with Salesforce cpq and conga which just add more power to Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce is helping salesops team with available products to sales their pricing and pretty much everything

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Enablement application is easy to use. It stores all the user data at one place, making it easier for us to access the information quickly. It has ensured a paperless environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here, we are unable to input huge data in one go. Data has to be uploaded one by one which is time consuming. With time, I hope the team comes with such facility in near future.

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin? Pipeline management: Knowing where you are with each prospect and opportunity in the sales process and who is in charge of next steps is huge. Plugins: We use Zoominfo and Salesloft, which makes creating a campaign and sending it into cadence an absolute breeze. Modular: Salesforce as a sandbox is pretty sweet, there is a lot of customization you can utilize to have only the stuff you need, nothing you don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not cheap. But when you factor the utility you get out of it, it's very worth it. Aside from the groan about having to pay for something awesome, I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, prospecting, deal delineation, Opportunity tracking, forecasting (not great for that, but the reporting "helps") and robust note taking to keep all members of the team involved is super helpful.
