Outstanding CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The best things I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud are its simplicity, accessibility, ease, usability, user-friendliness, customization, and catering to details. Whereas the other things I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud are its Dashboards, Reports, Integrations, Chatter, Calendar, Notes and its ability to send and track emails. Furthermore, it also helps sales account managers, and executives, in adding and converting leads into manageable accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an experienced Inside Sales professional, at the beginning of my career I used other CRMs as well like Zoho and Hubspot. But for me, Salesforce Sales Cloud is the simplest and greatest of all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, Salesforce Sales Cloud has made my life so simple, and easy. It also helps me in saving time and using that time and energy into other activities. By using it, in a very few clicks now I can track my calls being made, missed calls received, notes, tasks, accounts, opps and events being created. I can also jump from one report and dashboard to another.

What do you like best about the product?
it is the best way to have a clear picture of who you are outreaching to, why you are, how it's going, what opps are open, where they are in the pipe, and who all is connected to an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
the data and info in salesforce sales cloud can get junked up pretty quickly if you don't have good salesforce hygiene. it doesn't always catch duplicates so sometimes you might step on someones toes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without salesforce sales cloud, it's hard to stay on top of who you are reaching out to at what accounts, what campaigns you're running, what your pipeline looks like.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the new omnichannel feature which is very good addition
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I noticed or aware of since I started using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Could help with the process automation feature, which makes it easy for the user to drag and drop to build process automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all the information I need to interact with clients effectively, including potential clients and leads, all in a single place! Truly one of the best tools of our day!
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are glitches in the system, it can slow down productivity to an almost standstill pace. They are usually fixed quickly, but sometimes it's painful how slow it goes, if it goes at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is helping our company organize all of the leads we have flowing into our pipeline. It's the source of truth for all of our sales and client work. :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific needs. The automated features that help us track our sales pipeline have been incredibly useful and the integration with other applications such as our CRM has been invaluable. The customer support has also been great and very responsive to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints about Salesforce Sales Cloud. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to further customize the platform. I find that I sometimes need to do more manual configuration than I would like in order to get the exact functionality we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of streamlining our sales process and helping us keep track of our sales pipeline. This has been incredibly beneficial as it has allowed us to stay organized, quickly identify opportunities, and ensure that all our sales activities are tracked efficiently and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is one of the best CRM platforms I've ever used in my professional career. I come from a background in SaaS, FinTech, and MarTech tools, and Salesforce and its integration have provided to be helpful through & through time and time again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the product, and I've found that when people do not like its functionality of it; it's mainly because they aren't used to that version of SalesForce or its integrations and need to learn the newer format or seek out guidance and help to understand the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial for the organizational aspect of the company and how it impacts my daily flow, and it truly allows me to embrace my job to my best capabilities. Safe, secure and easy too use

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce, once you learn how to use the sales cloud effectively, is one of the best CRM software suites I have used to manage customer information, orders, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce takes quite a while for some people to understand fully. Since the system uses an "If that then this" type flow, it can be challenging for some to learn. Training new hires on Salesforce can be challenging if they don't think in a linear fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage and organize all of our customer information. It also integrates seamlessly with a lot of other systems which makes it easier for reporting, call management, and more.

One great software for lead management and sales processes

What do you like best about the product?
This software is one of its kind and helpful in completing the end-to-end cycle of my sales process. Salesforce help to make new leads, follow these leads and close sales with the use of timely reminders, automated updates etc to both client and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I have been using this software for the last six months now, I have not found any real-time issues; it is just that the software is a bit slow sometimes due to many functions running in the background, Its integration with ameyo was easy; but it had slowed down the software a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating my own sales cycle, managing the database, lead follow-up, reminders and updates, database search etc., are the features of salesforce that I am currently using. It has helped me chase my sales, and with the help of its AI-based sales report, I can now see the performance of my team vis-a-vis the team target.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager, I have been a user of Salesforce and since the recent enhancement, it has become more user friendly, easy to navigate or toggle from different tabs which could save sales professionals a lot of time researching and updating account information. I specifically like how easy it easy to create and view reports from Dashboard and it's Analytics Insights also provide guidance to Sales Coach to help manage team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime, it's sluggishness connecting to different tools connected to them, like linked in navigator, Zoom Info and Ironclad. It's manageable but sometimes yo have to reload a couple of time before it sync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our role's bread and butter. Salesforce helps us manage our jobs easily. Compared to other CRM tools, it show comprehensive information at a single glance and it is easy to navigate too.

A great place to get consolidated information across teams

What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to see existing information on my clients and accounts and details without having to reach out to my colleagues on other teams and wait for a response. Saved me and my teams money and effort in verbally sharing or physically storing this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to change the type of property for example, i would like if there were one button to mass change leads to contacts or vice versa without having to individually go through and change each property.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having consolidated information that is easily accessed on demand and can help me to plan my outreach in accordance with what my other team members are already working on. I also like that it can be linked to my other programs i.e hubspot and/or salesloft to work across teams.
