Great product but....
What do you like best about the product?
We have Salesforce.org, the platform that is offered at no charge for 501c3 nonprofit organizations. What I like best is the tremendous capabilities it offers for CRM. What I like least is the amount of time required to become fully familiar with these tools and effectively use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it would take a full-time associate just to manage Salesforce and truly maximize all the capabilities. For a small, volunteer-run organization like ours, it can feel so overwhelming, to the point that we dread using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the ultimate CRM tool. If used correctly, it can keep your company or nonprofit organized beyond your wildest dreams. It can provide great in-depth data about your clients, donors, volunteers and more. There is just a steep learning curve to become proficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the elephant in the room. It's the biggest and best CRM for good reason - ecosystem, integrations extensibility, customization, etc. If I had to pick one: it would probably be ease of use and the ability to effectively manage all parts of the sales process in one place, whether using native SFDC tools or through integrations with best in class solutions like DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is also one of the best - bit of a double edged sword: the customization. I wish more reports, dashboards, fields, etc. came standard out of the box. Going from one company to another is often having to relearn a ton of new processes and workflows. It would be much easier & more effective for ramping if more of the system came pre-baked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the CRM question and helping benefit me and other salespeople by providing a single pane of glass to manage leads & accounts to opportunities & closed revenue.

friendly mobile dashboard.
3- Professional Development and Learning: Salesforce provides excellent learning and professional development opportunities.

I'm not too fond of salesforce because of the following:
1-High cost: Salesforce is known as the "Cadillac of CRMs" because it's significantly more expensive than other systems, despite offering a non-profit rate.
2-Over-hyped features: Many people only use a small portion of the features available, despite the impressive list.
3-Overly customizable: Salesforce's ability to be tailored to individual needs can be a double-edged sword, as it can make it difficult to analyze data over time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is software that helps companies manage their IT infrastructure, sales, service, and marketing. When implemented correctly, it brings all data into one place and allows for business analytics using the tool called wave. It eliminates the need for maintaining an in-house IT infrastructure. Furthermore, that made it easy for me to deal with this vast system.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can create different kinds of segments to separate and organize your data. It is certainly helpful when trying to look up information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can get lost at times. Takes some time to get used to where everything is. Paying through the platform can lag a little and take some time to process.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been invaluable for our business, as its comprehensive suite of tools has enabled us to make the most out of our sales efforts. From the easy-to-understand user interface to the powerful API, the Sales Cloud has everything we need to effectively manage our sales activities and gain meaningful insights from the data collected. Furthermore, its interoperability with other applications allows us to take advantage of the full potential of our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite some implementation glitches that we experienced, the tech support team offered great assistance to help us get up and running quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesforce, we can track metrics accurately, save time by automating mundane tasks, and provide better customer service. This allows us to be more productive and enhance customer relationships.
Easy and efficient to use
What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to track and manage each of the consumers in a single location. Together with the Client Pipeline, we manage numerous contacts and keep track of the client's stages. The software tracks all mail interactions, including subscription talks, Minutes of Meeting discussions, and all other discussions, making it simple for the Account Managers to monitor the client's wellbeing. We have added a lot of custom fields to the default fields to track the client's various properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing problematic with Salesforce Essentials. Because Development can sometimes provide a lot of technology, Routine maintenance would call for an additional resource. Other than that, it's a great platform.

1. it has benefitted every sector, and also it has been great involved every sale. this has benefitted every sector and industry by so far , and also easy to maintain
The support and community that salesforce has is a selling point for me.

The best part would definitely be the insights and customer data. Another thing that I love about salesforce is it helps to automate a lot of services
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very user-friendly; only someone who has technical forefront or reads through the documentation will be able to understand it. Some people might hate this, but a good part of this is that it's very process driven
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was introduced to salesforce through WSO2 when we faced some limitations while integrating and managing services. It did help us resolve the same and did improve the performance of the system massively

If you want the best in class service then considering salesforce should be a good option
Salesforce has been a great asset to use for logging data.
What do you like best about the product?
How clean it is. It is great to have everything in a nice order with Salesforce and helps me find and access data quickly to log for other people who may look at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much I dislike. I think it would be nice if there was a back way to log data on Salesloft through Salesforce, but other than that I don't have too many complaints. I used to use SF at another company and it was a problem to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making it easier to find accounts, access data, and log information so that everyone has access to it. I love the simplicity of it and how easy it is to get my work done.
A good service in CRM industry but expensive and need AI and advance algorithmic functioning.

Salesforce services allow organizations to understand their customers better, improve customer service, and increase sales. It also helps to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. I feel that the response from salesforce service is professionally upgraded in recent times, showing that it is adaptive to new customer demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce services are costly and need proper budgetary freedom to get them done. However, this problem is being managed by salesforce by providing discounts for businesses in emerging economies.

Salesforce Services is helping organizations manage customer relationships better, automate business processes, and gain insights into customer data. By leveraging Salesforce Services, I understandood my customers better, improved my customer service, and increased sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One should go for salesforce without second thoughts as the out-of-the-box solution enhances the overall service capacity and increases KPIs as the outcome can be well delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Sales Force CRM to manage the sales stages. We have integrated into our Sales Force developers who help with deployment and adoption. Pipeline and forecast meeting. Monitoring of sales metrics. Product registration, ease of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the other CRMs I've used, I don't see any disadvantages in Sales Force, it's very complete.

Accompaniment of sellers and managers of the sales stages, activities carried out with the customer.
