What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this file since 4 years and its one of the best kind available in the market. Very easy to use and smooth access with user interference ... Very friendly tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dilsike about this tool.. Its very useful in all the ways .. Esy to track sales percentage and this helps to focus on monthly clousers and helps in identifying where we are lagging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custaomer satisfaction and align the customers to understandthe product more eloborately and schedule the calls accordingly on customer requirements very useful application

What do you like best about the product?
i have been using this application since a long time, it's the best of the kind available , unlike other platforms. it's more smooth to use and also best with user interference
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing to dislike , now and then once in a bluemoon we have updates when it goes down,though it's the best platform, i do not have anything to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helping me sort out the leads and reach out to the right set of individuals in given resources, that's the best part about salesforce. Easy to use and more convinient

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM tool to track all the activities of sales and revenue, and leads; easily, we can customize and create reports

There is nothing to dislike about it quit userfriendly. would like to discover more with new formulas and features

What do you like best about the product?
We can segregate the new leads and the leads we are in conversation with and neglect the leads that are not possible to convert or nonpotential leads. The followup feature is also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will not be able to go through the call logs quickly. If the call reminder comes with the time instead of just a notification it will be better for follow ups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the lead queue and doing the follow-ups. Details of the call logs and the conversations we had with the customers. It's an excellent CRM to maintain all the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesforce is that, I can easily track each and individual leads, The day I started working from this software it became very easy to work on the easy reports and track every single data
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I do not have any dislike since its very integrated software to merge with other services as well, only thing it would have merge some google services like Gmeet Tracking system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me out in tracking out each and every data, where I can create multiple reports for multiple data sets that i need to work on, specifically in the analytics part it makes more easier.

What do you like best about the product?
With salesforce I'am able to manage my leads which is assigned to me. Which is helping with proper follow-up with my customers and timely I can reach out to them. Salesforce increasing my productivity in terms of work
What do you dislike about the product?
Best experience I have with Salesforce, only few reports to access salesforce can give better access to all the user. Customized reports are available but same time user centric report generation can be implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting from the lead management, maintaining the lead status and stages clear idea Salesforce is giving. Through saleforce lead management I can generate more revenue to the organisation by following up with my leads proper way.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesforce sales cloud I can easy keep my leads in one place segregated according to my priority with ease and just a click. The quick responsiveness is wnat I love of Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update is not that feasible for may be because it's just launched and I'm finding it bit difficult to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is solving major problem that is keeping all my sales lead, follow ups,lead status at one place which makes me very easy to maintain my sale details.

Versatile integration and sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable dashboards by user role are one of my favorites, I also love the ability to create subscribed reports that go out to stakeholders on a cadence. I got my admin certification just so I could run our salesforce instance, I've added lead source generation tools, a CLM, and stage logic for multiple sales business processes. Huge plus is the number of tools that integrate, although not all partner integrations are made equal.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Upcharge for everything and different "modules"
2. Flows and more complex business process workflows still are technically challenging even for certified admins, they need to address and make this simple out of the box for non technical users to build workflows and business rules/logic
3. Admin management can be complicated, hard to find what you need as you configure your instance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to formulate sales process, define answers like when something is qualified or unqualified, create tasks and reminders for things like renewals and non renewal clauses, manage multiple business processes and send contracts to a CLM. Lead and opp pipeline routing and management, establishing base sales metrics and trying to start understand the customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
Features like Contact and Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management, Mobile access, Collaboration and Communication, and Customizable dashboards and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high cost, complexity, challenges in data integration, customization limitations, and user adoption difficulties can result in inefficiencies and problems in fully utilizing the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the sales data in detail and keeping track of each category's records makes my work faster and a lot of time is saved in data management and reporting tasks.

Salesforce Cloud Top Choice for Client Management

What do you like best about the product?
In our business, we use the Cloud every day, all day. It seamlessly integrates with email and with DialPad, our desktop VOIP service. We can do all kinds of things with the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
One flaw with the Cloud is that it is rather hard to keep track of updates and user permissions, which leads to some confusion on who has what permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had to manually log calls to clients as well as emails and texts. Now they are seamlessly integrated into client files and update in real time when we make client contact.
