Easy to learn and quick to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user will have complete access on each and every stage of the lead and will be able to track easily. Salesforce integration with other 3rd party software works seamlessly. For presentations, we can use tableau reports directly from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues with the Salesforce Sales cloud. Consecutive refreshes on the dashboard page are not available. On rare occasions, the server works slowly. But Overall had a good experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete tracking and accountability of leads available in the system. Easily able to manage and analyze the Sales reports and track the performance and conversion rates of the leads.

Sales is one of the bestest platforms i have worked for ,since i am working more than 5 years i worked for different platforms and each had a different experience but since i started working on sales force i can easily trace the job or business made by me and my team.
We can easily fetch the cxa data and history from it.
And the best part is reminders.

As of now, I found nothing to write a dislike about the sales force.

The best part is it offers applications for all aspects of the business, like CRM, customer service, marketing and many more

The best thing about sales force is that we can track our daily activity and also we can work efficiently on which time we have the follow up to make sure we contact the right person at the right time

Disliking about sales force is that we have to individually change the dates and open activities which has to be followed and if not followed on time. apart from that there is nothing personally that I don't like about this

The main thing about sales force is that we can track our activies at the exact time we scheduled which also reminds us to make sure we are doing our work on the scheduled time

Salesforce Sales Cloud it's the best CRM you can get, it's the best for every sales team size and simple to understand, also it's the most known software on sales, so it's expected to be known by every sales person.

Salesforce Sales Cloud it's a very big tool with a lot of features, and that can be confusing, it's the kind of tool that if you don't have a CRM manager you'll have some problems

Managing leads effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Managing all your leads effectively. You can put tasks on your leads and get reminders to follow them. Applying filters to get leads that fall on the priority list.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't access all your leads on the dashboard. You need to put a filter to access all leads in your bucket. One more pie chart should be there for all leads count on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in tracking and following every lead and following them to convert into opportunities for sale. It helps remind and follow up with a potential lead at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very optimized and easy to learn for a beginner. You can track your leads and take follow-ups with the reminders, ideally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of functions I haven't used yet, or may be it's not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a frontline sales person, I can see all my lead data, and it's easier to speak to the customers. After the conversation, we can keep track and take proper follow-ups for closure. So it helps me get better results

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple CRMs, but salesforce is the best CRM I have come across. Its user- friendly and easy to use. I can easily track the lead status and create multiple filters according to need. Salesforce has made it easy to track the lead status and follow up efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platforms sometimes lag, and it takes some time for them to get back online. Other than that, I don't see any significant flaws with the platform. It would be great if salesforce were more optimized.

Salesforce helped me to track my leads and to do timely follow-ups. Also, I can create multiple reports, which allows me to improve my efficiency and make more sales.

this is the most convinincing and user friendly software for the lead tracing and work into sales domain, It gives clear picture related to the task and comingcommittments.

While using sals force , i have not encountered any sort of personal problem as of now, regular updates are available to make it most advance and convincing tool.

while working with number of leads, its remind us our regular task , and also calculate the incentive and targets it is very healpfull and we are existied to wrok with this

I can say that Salesforce is a platform with multiple functions that can make your daily hectic tasks way too easier.
You can maintain complete data of every leads and arrange them accordingly without much efforts.very helpful when it comes to adding tasks and followups so that you never missout on anything.

There is nothing that I dislike about Salesforce as it is a tool which makes my daily life way easier and helps me focus on what's important first by giving regular notification my followups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps me in solving a lot of daily problems like managing my leads properly by logging calls n adding tasks along with regular notifications, it also has so many filter options that makes it way too easier if you want to look into something that got lost among so many leads.
A pretty good reporting tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make my own reports and that reports can be shared with others easily. Using the integration between SalesForce and SalesLoft makes my day-to-day tasks much easier, as I can import accounts that need to be worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the filters are not working properly, or hard too hard to use. it does take some time to get it right and useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has become our "single source of truth" across our organization. Having one place for all accounts where everyone can look at accounts and see past activity has been very useful. We track who the account belongs to, meaning we can easily find the correct person to take over the account and its needs. It's also being used as a tracking tool, tacking call numbers, sales numbers, emails, etc.
