What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesforce is that it's most convenient as well as handy to use. So that provide us with clarity. Also there are certain things mentioned thta helps us to analyse in a better way!
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i haven't felt anything.
All the things are nice only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The meeting and calls everything can be scheduled therr and that makes our work much more easy

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful and easy to use
Makes work very easy and makes comfortable
Access is there anywhere and good to work in sales cloud and very manageable better than others

What do you like best about the product?
Provide good flow over opps, pipeline and forecast management, including licensing management and contracts.
The flows are relatively easy to design and are clear when the user understands the logic.
The sections are well organized, and you can customize them per your needs.
API integration with tools such as Planhat is working as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lightning version is slow compared to the clasic version.
Critical reports features were removed in the lightning version, which makes the user export the reports to excel.
The inline editing feature, which can save time, is still pending, even though it has many votes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales customer 360 views:
Pipeline management, sales gap identification, license management, account information, customized reports and dashboards.
The company is using SF for 20 years, and SF is mission-critical for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales is very user friendly. All accounts and users are viewable in one easy platform. I use it daily to review events, tasks and email engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales makes it easy to accidentally create a duplicate user account. Reviewing and removing those accounts is very cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales helps our team stay organized and in top of accounts management.

Accessing profiles and stats made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales dialler makes accessing the accounts and their stats very easy and updating the activities and multiple data is real smooth. I find other platforms a bit complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could make the activity logging a bit smoother. I liked the older system better, where we could complete the process sooner. The newer process is a bit more time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing multiple accounts and their data is something Salesforce has effectively managed to do and it makes my process smoother and faster so that I can reach out multiple accounts in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it brings cross-functional teams together to achieve key business objectives in many areas such as lead generation, tracking new opportunities, retaining customers etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration and administration seem rather complex for organisations with multiple m&a entities. The turnaround time for granting access and special privileges to specific functions and reports seems lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, Sales Cloud provides us with a complete view of our sales pipeline, including sales forecasts, sales stages, and deal amounts. This helps us better understand our sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Salesforce Integration great for every need

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very helpful when it comes to managing cases and families through the system. It also allows you to create graphs and sort data to what you are needing
What do you dislike about the product?
Some cases do not generate if not done properly. Also, the way we have our panels set up there is sometimes a delay with information populating .Also sometimes syncing can cause an issue

Pricing could be improved - My organization has about 300 or more employees and not all of us have access . I am sure this is related to how much access is for each person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep record of contacts with customers as well as being able to submit tickets and responses to other colleagues within the organization about the account.

Salesforce is the most complete CRM solution

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce offers the most comprehensive CRM package for organizations of all sizes. Once the knowledge has been acquired, managing the platform and customizing it to suit the individual needs of every organization. Modules exist for other functional units, such as Customer Success and Marketing, which make the end-to-end view of the customer possible. Onboarding administrators, and end users, the Trailhead learning platform provides a gamified, fun way to acquire knowledge for every role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be prohibitive for smaller organizations, and additional Modules can incur a significant price lift. Integration of some Modules feels more seamless than others. Probably a result of some past acquisitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides insight into the purchasing part of the customer journey. Coupled with Service Cloud, we can obtain a complete view into the pre-purchase, through the purchase, into the implementation phase.

Good product, but reporting is difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. The dashboards are great in theory, and the reports are pretty easy to create if they're relatively standard. I like how it integrates with EVERYTHING.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't great. Creating a top 10 list with filters should not be so hard. It should also not be required to do on a dashboard. I've used a lot of tools and SF reporting for anything beyond basics is difficult. Group Sums are so difficult. Need expert training for basic excel skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF is giving us insight into our performance, who we're supporting, how much rev. we're bringing in and giving us valuable insights to continue improving and adding efficiency.
