Best tool to seel smarter and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Helps bring all the customer information in one place with easy search and historical data for every activity to give clear context in each account. Enables a quick look at open opportunities to help plan sales activities and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a learning curve that a new user will require. Multiple options and integrations make it confusing for new users, but considering the amount of information it processes every single minute, it's still passable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me a clear list of target accounts and open opportunities. Each activity that has historically happened on the account gives me compete context to enable me to reach out to them with better background and to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration to other programs (outlook, ZoomInfo), makes Salesforce extremely user-friendly. Not having to go back and forth between your calendars to plan meetings saves so much time when talking on the phone to a client. Being able to view the emails you have sent back and forth with a client while looking at their information in Salesforce also makes it extremely easy to have those conversations on the phone when you have all the previous discussions at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually refresh the screen to see any updates is my only dislike about salesforce. Sometimes I will be looking for updated information that I have just entered and forget you need to refresh, and its just one extra step; in my opinion, that could likely be an automatic process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is integrating all our programs and making the selling process more professional and seamless. Customers notice that when you call or meet with them, you have all the information from the previous conversations and the new meeting information right there! The one thing the customer doesn't see is how little time you spent getting all that information together because salesforce keeps everything at your fingertips and organized right in one location.

Until now, I have only experienced the upside of using the platform. The platform hangs sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has made managing my sales a whole lot easier. I can keep track of all my sales activities, see how I'm doing, and plan for the future. It's helped me to generate more revenue and make my customers happier by providing better service. The automated reminders are a game-changer, as they save me so much time and effort, meaning I can concentrate on selling more. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is an excellent tool that has transformed how I do business, making me more efficient and productive.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me with Contact and lead management, making it easier for me to track sales opportunities and also helps me with opportunity monitoring.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has many advantages, there are a few points where it can also be a disadvantage. A few issues are it is costly, and sometimes, it is complex to understand, and for beginners to understand and generate those reports, it becomes problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me in solving the problems like lead tracking and opportunity tracking and also helps me maintain the database.

Robust way to manage accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility Sales Cloud offers when running reports and creating dashboards. I can see all of my account details in one place and drill down if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a quick, user friendly way to take notes during customer calls, so I'm left to take the notes outside of SFDC and find time to enter them later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with 60-70 accounts at a time, and I'd have no way of keeping track without managing them in sfdc. I'm more productive by quickly running a report or creating one that I don't already have.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing everything in one place, seeing the activities of each account, each contact, lead. Organize tasks, emails, opportunities and deals
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, my experience has been very satisfactory. Of course I don´t like when there are bugs/crashes on the platform but they are fixed very quickly.

How it tracks and connects all accounts and leads into numbers that make sense in dashboards

It easily lets you create duplicates of all kinds from accounts, leads, contacts to opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To me just helps me to show my KPIs to my managers, but it doesn't help me directly on my job.
Great CRM - allows you to save all customer info/materials in one location.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce logs all tasks and emails by time/date stamp it was completed. It has better search capabilities for duplicates. It doesn't have "bugs" when you delete things that it takes you back to a different page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is terrible - hard to get ahold of anyone. It was also a lot more expensive than Insightly at the time. However, the cost of Insightly has gone up significantly since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer using Salesforce - we switched to Insightly a couple years ago. We were using it for lead management and sales/project management - just like Insightly.
Great tool for a sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Salesforce gives me the opportunity to work in a structured manner and be very productive as an SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the handling of opportunites is a little unflexible, also I can not edit accounts in a list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my accounts and structure my outreach, it also helps me route leads that sign up to marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to access, helps to connect with customer in very easier way, we can record a call log, mark a task and can follow up and mark calender to connect easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always new update come in, and very slow speed. Same colors and boring interface. previous activities get deleted and can't access them in future.

It helps us to connect with potential customer and help them follow up and mark activities. It helps in creating opportunity with probable conversion rates. It makes customer engagement easier.
