What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Is It allows me to get all the data I need in just one platform, be it my prospecting client or my actual client itself. And the best part is its interface. I don't an IT specialist to learn and explore the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike about Salesforce? Are you crazy!? It made my work more accessible and manageable how can i dislike this software? I Managed more than 10 sales agents i adore SFDC!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud combined all the software/apps I've used before. If I need to call a prospect I can easily integrate calling software like genesys or if i need to create a sales agreement docusign is easily integrated. Salesforce made my work simplier less clutter that's the benefit.

Very Configurable CRM

What do you like best about the product?
There are a a variety of apps we use at my solar company and they all seem to integrate well with Salesforce. We're able to generate reports based on the data coming in and search through all the data easily with little bits of info using the search box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like how my admins format things but I'm sure it's more their fault than the CRM itself. I've worked at multiple companies that use SF and some do more with it than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, collaboration, presentation, Document generation, and customer relations.
This is a Swiss Army knife of sorts. The mobile app is also great to keep track of things on the go.

SalesForce is robust for managing nearly all operations inside a company

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce provides a clear line of communication between parties and sets up a solid reporting structure to give details and analytics from all sides of our company's operations. I can set up reports around any sale or internal team metric aspect. For example, I need to know how many hours we are spending on certain types of projects, or how what the pipeline looks like for new sales and potential upsells.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky and unfriendly to use. However, I also use Lightning and have gotten used to the format. It is very different from the classic view. In classic, I think the reports are hard to manage, especially to analyze different scenarios (you have to go into report set up and resave with diffe3rent parameters). In Lightning, you can set up different filters for easy reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, my division wouldn't have a clear picture on leads, sales pipeline and our delivery efficiency. I can easily run reports on individual contributors or my entire team. I can also cross-reference and discover how my team compares to others.

What do you like best about the product?
My leads are kept up to date from any device which allows me to be on the go while Im able to work and navigate my pipeline. I am impressed with the speed and reliability for which Salesforce Sales Cloud offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing sub accounts under parent accounts can be somewhat difficult to navigate at first. I found that as I was integrating my lead list from Apollo, some of my imports were lost to the excess data logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up-to-date lead results allows my ADHD mind to focus on the opportunities at hand rather than letting my mind wander. Its been extremely useful in reminding me what exactly my focus was for specific blocked time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and user friendly and really helps me lot

there's nothing that I don't like about salesforce cloud it really helps me a lot and makes my work easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to filter all my sales at ease and don't need to search them one by one. it has all the tools that I need on my work because I am in a sales line of business

What do you like best about the product?
UI - The new Lightning interface has been a game changer
Integration - Ability to link to most all of my communication tools (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, SalesLoft)
Insights - Access to additional data and insights associated with the Premium subscription is worth the price of admission
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app - For all intents and purposes is a read-only information tool. Limited ability to update information

More robust capabilities to prevent duplicate accounts/contacts

More clear delineation that a contact is no longer associated with an account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient and productive at managing my account/contact relationships regardless of where in the pipeline they reside

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us automate so many processes in the sales/pipeline side of the business. It helps us keep leads organized, unlike some other software we've used in the past for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe its interface is not very user-friendly. It looks a bit clunky and it's a bit hard to navigate. People with little experience need a lot of help to find the right option or tab they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer journey can be difficult to track without Salesforce. It helps us identify where each lead is in order to apply the proper nurturing to close the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce platform has amazing CRM capabilities, it helps with managing the leads systematically, contact management. It also helps with tracking sales lead, managing the customer account and provide services after the sale too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback which is faced during the use of salesforce sales cloud is that customer service is not good at response. The emails and calls remain to be attended for months .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud helps to reach out or establish effective communication with the prospects which leads in achieving shorter sales cycle. It also helps to track all the relevant information about the prospect.

LinkSquares-Salesforce Integration is a Great addition for our Sales Team!

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares Finalize integration with SalesForce makes it seamless for our sales team to access our contract templates in a way that is familiar to them. They can can go from template to signature and never have to leave SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to only select a certain type of contract to be able to feed back and forth into the Analyze part of LinkSquares from SalesForce. This would enable our team to only have sales contracts searchable rather than our entire repository of contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Sales Team be more efficient delivery and executing contracts without a ton of time from Legal on the administrative side.
