Sales Force for the Ages
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and cross-functionality with Salesforce are fantastic. I am able to create dashboards and reports including everything from size of clients to case lists for specific representattives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding out where to get the functionality you need takes some time. It would help if there was a cleaner interface to help you would be able to go to find help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been able to organize not only the tasks and priorities I have for customers. I am also able to take the same data and find new ways to be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Development capabilities, Lightning components, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage capacity and reporting capabilities can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce CRM is a system of data in our organization which means storing and tracking complete sales process in Salesforce is huge benifit.
Easy to migrate
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, migrating to Salesforce was super easy and quick for my company. We use many different tools with Salesforce to maximize our production. Also, the forecasting gives us an accurate picture of our team's numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is confusing to understand with all its different capabilities, so getting some sort of extra videos or training would be super beneficial. All around we had a few minor hiccups that have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of our CRM was a huge issue with Hubspot. The integrations with Salesforce smooths the process and day-to-day work flow. Now everything is organized and flows easily.

really my lack of knowledge of my available resources. Sales is so big and has tons of amazing features

The visuals on the page make the site fun/easier to look at.

Sometimes the page doesn't load. I have to reload it which takes a few seconds

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud makes sales teams to effectively manage their customer interactions, sales pipeline and performance metrics. Also allows to track the leads and manage the schedule and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is on the higher pricing side for small companies. Since it's a complex platform it may be challenge for end user to get to learn. From the integration point of view it is bit challenging if we have to do it with other third party vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of sales process gives sales guy more time on selling products and helps improving data accuracy. It gives visibility into the sales pipeline which helps in making informed decision on sales data
Best product to manage the end-to-end sales
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a single-place solution for all sales functionality. Using the sales cloud, we can save product information like names, UPC, and SKU. It is a CRM tool in which we can run campaigns, trigger emails and generate a detailed sales report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive and depends on the Internet. If the internet is slow, it can impact performance.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is reducing the complexity in sales operations as it provides a single-place solution for all the sales operations like Sales Engagement and Sales Analytics, which help in taking data-driven decisions. We can track and email our customers updates using the salesforce sales cloud.
It reduces miscommunication and increase sales by integrating with another plugins, it provides a centralized repository with all the customer data in a single place.

LOVE Salesforce for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is super nice to be able to have a useful CRM tool that has everything in one place. I can literally type someone's name in and have all their info right there without using multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we just purchased the lowest version so some things don't automatically combine and interact with each other. Otherwise I really like this product! I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for us to be able to send emails right through salesforce and it automatically will save our interactions with clients, donors, etc. so someone can see if another person has already reached out to the client/donor.

Information disposition is not very optimal, sometimes becoming confusing

Being able to capture actions with timings made by the client and by the support team to gather information to provide a root cause analysis
