We can customize Sales cloud according to user requirements.
We can create reports and dashboards according to specific user as well as whole companies info as well which helps for easier view of data in one see.
Use of Salesforce’s Einstein AI also helps in predictive lead scoring and insights.
The mobile app allows sales reps to access their data, update leads, and check reports while on the go.
Lead nurturing are easy on one click which gets transformed to account, contacts and opportunity.
Customer support from salesforce is great, they respond to tickets and help to solve the issues.
It easy to implement once the user gets along the sales platform.
Most companies uses it for daily use like sales reps, managers etc.

The product is an industry standard and for most enterprise solutions it is the go to product to consider and integrate

It is quite pricey in comparison to other products in the market however, it has its reasons because of its high-level of security and in comparison, the brand reputation is much higher, and there is a better solution than other products in the market

It is the best for most of our sales cloud solutions and the options they provide are much better than other competitors in the market

Sales can be complex and there are some limits that can be reached easily in a big implementation.

It is solving being the source of truth. You can use it on any device and it is reliable enough so no users are logging interactions, etc outside of the tool.
