Best lead management software
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tool available in the market related to lead & contact management which helps companies or individuals to reach customers faster and reach their target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing to my knowledge as it has most of the features available including customizable reports etc.. which are very much useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sales Cloud we use to have different spreadsheets and also using a separate dialer for customer calls which is very much time consuming. Tracking the calls made from dialer and integrating with CRM was a manual job but now with Sales cloud, we do not really need to worry about it as it is taken care.

Efficient cloud platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good CRM tool to have,it si been used frequently and its very easy to use and understand, it has enhanced sales efficiency with features like lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting empowering teams to manage their pipelines more effectively and make informed decisions based on data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
cost is one of the factor, sometimes customer service is not responsive. Also has some data storage limitations, Integrating can be challenging sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the basic need of having a CRM which is affective and can be widely used across the company as its easy to understand access and implement, helps us in sales analytics forecasting and taking business decisions

What do you like best about the product?
You can view history settings, manage your sales, view your previous and recent logs, and track all interactions
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales force does not have a recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce now has a feature called Salesforce lightning and is currently benefiting a different LOB which has an option to utilize its search engine easier.

I like how ours bridges directly to our customer/ agent webpage and bridges the information back over
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tabs change if you hit a link to a phone number then i lose the tab i am on when i get on the phone with the client

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud helps in my business in several factors are like : Improved lead management, enhanced sales forecasting, various kind of automation, mobile access analytics & reports ,scalability & overall it helps in my business grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to me dislikes are of salesforce sales cloud: License cost high, cannot afford small business , for better use good knowledge of it,steep learning curve, customization challenges, perfomance issue, high integration cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in grow my business like : revenue growth, customer retention, lead generation & conversion streamlined sales process, better customer insights , improved decision making.

It have high Licensing Fees & Hidden Costs

salesforce sales cloud solves: fragmented customer data, Inefiicient sales processes, poor lead management, lack of sales insights, Ineffective account management, difficulty scaling sales operations.
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us with sales forecasting and driving business growth
What do you like best about the product?
I think for me and my team Salesforce Sales Cloud is defenietly a user friendly solution that helps drive growth and expand our business. It has some amazing automation tools, customizable dashboards, and decent reporting, it helps me to save time and make data driven decisions. We have a good integration with Marketo, mobile access via app, which makes it easy and efficient to use on daily basis. I think the platform is scalable, making it suitable for our business, where we have thousunds of contacts in SFDC. Furthermore, we like the support coming from Salesforce team and additional collaterals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find it defenietly useful; Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool, but some of our team members, who don’t have CRM experiance, find it dificult to learn and understand the work-arounds. Additionally, I understand from the implementation experiance, that the customization options can feel overwhelming. It’s important to have the right consulnts to set up the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of revenue planning and sales tracking. It helps us forecast properly our deals and maintain the connection with our clients.

Is very complex to use it. Is huge and have many products and the learning curve is pretty big

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps the entire sales process organized with next steps and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes too much info on certain pages and can get overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping all data relevant to the particular opportunity all in one place. There really is not a need fopr external platforms because it holds all info in SF cloud.
