Powerful Performance, Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly beneficial for opportunity management and maintaining the sales pipeline in my business. The intuitive nature makes it easy to use, and I particularly appreciate how helpful the out-of-the-box reports and dashboards are for daily business operations. The integration with Oracle CPQ also works seamlessly, enhancing our workflows effectively. I admire the company's commitment to innovation and look forward to leveraging new features as planned in their 2026 roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud occasionally gets stuck, which can be disruptive to my workflow.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for opportunity management and maintaining the sales pipeline, benefiting from the helpful out-of-the-box reports and dashboards for daily business operations.
