What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud improves customer relationship management and facilitates closing deals with prospective students. It significantly increases productivity thanks to its technology and provides valuable tools to understand our customers' reviews. I also appreciate the easy implementation now that we are familiar with the system, and I consider the product to be of the highest quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process a bit complicated because the team implementing it was not very familiar with the platform and had to learn a lot about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to manage relationships with clients and close deals with future students, increasing productivity.

I enjoy how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to have complete information on each candidate in a simple, accessible, and secure way. The platform makes it easy to know at what stage of the process each prospect is. I appreciate that all the information is secure and accessible to all my employees.

I don't like that making changes in the configuration is a slow process.

I have the complete information of the candidates in a simple, accessible, and secure way. Additionally, I can see what stage of the process my prospects are in, which facilitates management and accessibility for my employees.

I felt dependent on implementation partners for setting things up, which indicates the setup might be difficult without external help. Also, the aspect of pricing for nonprofits, while appreciated, suggests that there might still be room for improvement in affordability or value offered.
