What do you like best about the product?
Having started as an Admin over 20 years ago, I love how the product continues to be innovative, relevant & manages to maintain the core user base engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now. We are always able to deliver the business need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role has me out of the day to day but the main benefit is having our Sales community following a single process

Flexibility. If you can think of it, you can usually build it in Sales Cloud.

Dated UI. The interface needs a face-lift.

What do you like best about the product?
SF Sales Cloud comes with many standard objects and features that helps to structure work and data, but we can still customize the system to our business needs. The gmail integration and email capture are great capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI features should come as standard. Especially simple ones like mail generation.
