What do you like best about the product?
Using sales cloud makes keeping pipe up to date and closing sales conversations super easy. It really just takes a few clicks.

The layout could be better. The way information is organized can be confusing

Along with Consumer Goods Cloud allowed us to create an app to help Sales Reps organize visits

Salesforce platform is very expensive and to get value needs multiple modules.

This is the only this is the only CRM solution you need

What's great about it is that not only is it geared towards your sales team you can bring in all of your other functional teams and leverage the platform and create value efficiency and productivity. You can create amazing reports drive insights and really manage your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes configuration can be complex but nothing that can't be overcome with a little effort and expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us create visibility into our pipeline through forecasting and also helping us with our lead visibility and increasing our conversion rate.

Sometimes it can be slow and clunky with loading.

CRMA is pretty rigid for dashboardings . Some more line of separation between prospecting and opportunity
