The II makes onboarding simple and easy to adopt. Less clicks and easier access to key items

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud has significantly improved management, especially in reducing duplicate records, demonstrating its effectiveness in data organization. What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives me complete visibility into the entire sales pipeline — from lead to close. It helps me track every opportunity, prioritize high-value prospects, and automate follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks. The insights and dashboards make it easy to forecast accurately and focus my team’s efforts where they’ll have the biggest impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful platform, it can sometimes feel a bit complex for day-to-day business development activities. Customizing reports or updating records on the go can take extra time, especially when juggling multiple opportunities. I’d love to see a more streamlined, intuitive interface for prospecting and quicker data entry to keep the focus on building relationships rather than managing admin work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the challenge of managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions across multiple channels. It centralizes all sales activities, giving me a clear view of the pipeline and helping me prioritize high-potential deals. With automation and real-time insights, I can forecast more accurately, track performance, and spend more time building relationships instead of chasing data — ultimately improving conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.

its unmatched scalability and customization, which allow any business, from a startup to a global enterprise, to precisely mold the CRM to fit its unique sales process.

Salesforce Sales Cloud are its high total cost of ownership, driven by expensive per-user licenses and the required continuous investment in specialized administrators or consultants for complex configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple enough to use out of the box for small and mid sized businesses, or complex enough to run a fully automated enterprise solution. It’s as large and useful as you wish to invest in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and feels a bit clunky compared to other more modern CRM systems, and seemingly basic functions that are Included in other CRM applications is an add on that can get very pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of pipeline, lead and marketing success, revenue forecasting, and task management .

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of implementation that Salesforce Sales Cloud offers and especially the artificial intelligence it presents. It helps us a lot to manage all our citizens and have a global view of what they do with us. I also appreciate the ability to communicate and run global campaigns with our entire group of citizens.

I would make it cheaper.
