What do you like best about the product?
It's empower sales teams to sell smarter,faster and more efficiently all while building stronger customer relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is powerful but can be complex and demanding to maintain especially for organization without dedicated technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly improved my ability to manage and resolve key sales challenges.It helps streamline lead tracking, automates repetitive tasks and maintain a clear view of every intraction in one centralized platform.

It often happens that some functions don't work properly and you have to click multiple times or open and close sessions before being able to use a specific command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to track all aspects of a deal and to identify any red flags, as well as quantify them economically

Great Sales Tracking & Integration, But Needs Faster Loading

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps track of all my sales emails & calls that I have. I can also create follow up tasks in order to push a deal to closing. It integrates well with my Microsoft Outlooks & the phone at my office desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it requires very strong WiFi in order to load everything properly. I wish it would load faster and more efficiently. Also, I find that there are some days where the Salesforce platform is down or under maintenance, which makes using it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by allowing me to keep track of all my deals, sales contacts, conversations, emails and phone calls in one place. It is great at consolidating all my work efforts and shows what I am working on to my manager well.

Leads, accounts, opportunities, activities — are all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lower-tier support can be slow or less helpful. Some issues require escalating to higher support tiers or external consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As teams grow, it’s hard to maintain consistent processes, data quality, and forecasting accuracy. Sales Cloud scales easily, supports complex processes, and ensures consistent practices across teams.

There is not anything I dislike about Salesforce. The software is great.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of customer and contract organization. The software benefits our company greatly by giving us organization tools and a user friendly layout for us to navigate our customers and various sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of automating mundane tasks like data entry and routine follow ups has lead to an increase in productivity. Apart from that features supporting lead management and pipeline tracking are awesome.

It has steep learning curve apart from a hefty cost which might not be feasible for smaller organizations.
