Duplicate Management can be better. Leads merge needs more flexibility.

The streamlined process with functionalities that are standard with ROM for customization to support from Lead generation to Opportunity Management to Quote generation for customers to review.

Currently siloed and separate from Service Cloud. Would like to see more integrated between the two clouds because our internal customers work in both clouds

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a robust and feature-rich Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to support sales teams in managing leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses. The licensing fees, coupled with the cost of necessary add-ons, can add up quickly.

Great for seeing the entire ecosystem of pipeline

I love the ease of administration! Easy to build and deploy pages that provide rich features to my salespeople.

Sometimes the structure is super rigid. And causes us to heavily customize and create tech debt.
