Excellent Sales Flow and Lead Nurturing, but Invoicing Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The sales flow and functionality of the activity timeline and ease of use with the opportunity teams and lead nurturing are quite exquisite! It’s a must have for any company that houses sales support staff members to succeed in bringing leads in to successfully convert into opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s quite a bit of work that could be done on the invoicing side. It’s understandable the architecture and how it was designed was built for a lot of the b2b clientele, but minor tweaks made to the architecture could make it easy enough to switch to b2c.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us thrive in the world of fast nurturing leads in the legal industry where speed to lead is absolutely critical in order to have a high rate of conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
The turnaround time for the lead to cash lifecycle is really short and the ability to plugin and nurture leads with third party apps

Not really much as this does offer best on class tool

Easy Lead Tracking in Sales Cloud, but Marketing Features Costly for Small Teams

What do you like best about the product?
We only have a few users on sales cloud. It’s easy to configure and track leads and create dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as a small company we need to purchase marketing cloud if we want to send engagaement. For this reason we have found a cheaper solution outside of Salesforce

Sales Cloud is a pleasure to use. It truly supports us in pursuing and achieving our overall goals.

There really isn't anything that we genuinely dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software facilitates all account management, such as approaching agencies, seminars, and events, in one place. I value the ease of configuration similar to Service Cloud. Additionally, the ActiveG feature captures all calls, which simplifies resolving queries, and the centralized business process greatly improves organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not integrate any software with Salesforce Sales Cloud, which indicates a limitation in the integration with other important tools we use, such as Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I have the entire business process in one place, improving account management and facilitating the resolution of queries with calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Salesforce Sales Cloud is — it can adapt to any business model. The ability to automate complex sales processes with Flows, validation rules, and custom objects makes it extremely powerful. Reporting and dashboards are also great for tracking performance and identifying trends across the pipeline. It’s a complete ecosystem that scales with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s flexibility comes with complexity. It requires ongoing maintenance, and new users often find the interface overwhelming at first. Managing permissions and dependencies (especially across Flows, Apex, and validation rules) can be time-consuming. Additionally, data cleanup and duplicate management still require extra effort or third-party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps businesses centralize their customer data and streamline sales processes in one place. It improves visibility into the entire sales pipeline, automates repetitive tasks, and allows teams to collaborate efficiently. It also provides real-time analytics and dashboards to track performance and forecast revenue more accurately. The biggest benefit is having a unified CRM that supports scalability and customization for any sales organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud's role as the main data source for a complete 360-degree view of our customer interactions, enhancing relationship management. Its core features offer great flexibility, especially the ability to extend through APIs and interact with other systems. The AppExchange provides a good selection of additional applications. We find it to be the world-leading CRM, which we understand well, allowing for quick setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost and pricing of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud as the main data source, giving a 360-degree view of customer interactions, helping manage relationships, consolidate ownership metrics, and track performance in one system, preventing data fragmentation.
