Major update to SalesCloud
What do you like best about the product?
A major update to Salesforce's standard product, Sales Cloud, will be happening soon. New features are being added in abundance, making it full of highlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many features, and I'm unsure how to make use of them.
It seems that in future updates, it will be possible to visualize the features I am using.

You can integrate customer information and visualize sales activity status.

Without a doubt the best and most complete CRM on the market. Its countless customization and integration possibilities have allowed our sales process to reach a new level.

It is certainly not a product for small companies with simple processes.

Our sales process is complex and Sales Cloud has allowed us to cover all needs, giving confidence to the process

Says clothes pretty good in terms of pipeline management and their data model is pretty intensively thought through along with the supportive features that makes lead to account conversion an ease

The pricing, features and the micrification of the features makes it discouraging to use

Not much! I think sometimes things get a little overwhelming and it can be difficult to declutter. But overall it is great
