It's helps us with our leads tracking and conversation.

It's does can be a pain with managed packages some times. Person account is another area where we get issues sometimes.

Can be difficult to configure users. Need to have more simple differences in profiles

The ability to have out Field Service operations working "in" our CRM has been game changing for our org. No more managing multiple data sources for different audiences.

The investment in customization can be expensive

Reports and Dashboards help me to keep my data all in one place in a visual format for everyone to see and drill down into.

The modular components. You can focus on what you need now and scale when appropriate.

It's not always clear what functionality is included in the product you have. This is compounded when product names are often rebranded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the right person to see the right job we're pursuing at the right time.

What is possible seems almost limitless, gives you the ability to match your ambitions with the software supporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to realize the ambitions without additional vendor spend. Sometime oversell on ease of execution.

Organizing is and getting everything speaking the same language.
