What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives my users a full view of our customer experience.

It can be hard to keep up with migrating working processes to the new things

The community is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime you have issues you can always reach out to the community to get an answer.

Lots of features and can be hard to determine which is the best solution

Digital Transformation because of CPQ
What do you like best about the product?
Adding CPQ to our sales cloud moved us into a digital transformation era. We were able to move out of complex spreadsheets to better our margins. CPQ allowed us to build multiple Costing Schemas for different supply plans. We also were able to incorporate advanced approvals to ensure quality quotes are sent to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
New versions of CPQ are worrisome because of how implementation will go.

CPQ allowed us to move from spreadsheets into our digital transformation.

The easy implementation process. The time gap for implementation reduced a lot.
