What do you like best about the product?
We use Sales Cloud and it makes or sales team efficient and knowledgeable on thir deals

Not much to not like. Faithful customer for over 10 year's

Salesforce sales clouds best feature is its customization and ability to create dashboards that help users track sales in real time

Unavoidable bugs and slow to updates. Wish I could have more solutions faster

Sales Cloud is the perfect tool for the entire sales cycle

Sales Cloud is easy to use for sellers and operations. The features are unparalleled and the addition of AI is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Sales Cloud can be user adoption and training. You need buy in from your users and can take time to train and have adoption support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud keeps our sales team organized and on track. It allows management to review pipeline and make accurate forecasts. It benefits me in sales operations to improve upon forecast accuracy.

Forward thinking from salesforce is going to make our sales process so much more streamlined, automated, and scalable.

Competing with our existing systems and advocating for change is always a struggle

Lots of the problems I hear about daily are are addressed with the new sales cloud because the focus is on the experience of our sales team.

I love how easy the UI is to tracks customer data and be able to see sales visually. It also makes it simple to collaborate and track tasks.

There's not much I dislike. Reminders of how to increase possibility of sales.

Sales Cloud in salesforce is an excellent tool to manage work , day to day activities, meetings in one place. Ever since we have started using this tool our sales representative are able to update thier work efficiently . We always look for 1 stop for all solution and here we are with salescloud. every compant has som restrictions and limitations so we have and there is nothing i dislike about sales cliud. It is all internal .

My company uses Sales Cloud to keep track of our customers and it is very helpful in allowing us to track leads from first contact through securing a qualified customer.

It is pricey for a smaller company, but may be worth it once processes are customized to your business.
