Automate repetitive task
What do you like best about the product?
Although this is not in my line of work, I can see how this could be extremely helpful for sales since it helps automate repetitive tasks such as follow up email to help improve efficiency and allow teams to focus on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I would imagine clients would dislike about sales cloud is the additional cost for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales cloud helped us in getting the Sales Team KPIs to get better analytics

The cost is a major drawback for Salesforce Sales cloud when you have a small Sales team

If set up incorrectly or not using best practices it can definitely bite you long term but that can also be true for anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's popular across industries, even in companies that don't require such a complex system. I do wish that Salesforce spent more time sharing and teaching about how to modernize legacy implementations. Every new release feels half baked and done to appease stockholders not users.

I dislike that support agents don't provide a root cause of issues we encounter.
