What do you like best about the product?
With Sales Cloud, we could visualize the activity of our salesperson and managing them smoothly. Especially, Einstein conversation insight is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad, but it would be better if Sales Cloud could be used as Excel spread sheets.

Before using Sales Cloud, we couldn't track the sales activities. With Sales Cloud, we can track them easily.
