Sales Cloud continues to accelerate Profit
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sales Cloud for over 10 years, back before Classic was Classic. Every year, Sales Cloud manages to add a new feature or enhancement to ensure ease of UI, informative user education and deeper tracking of metrics that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not necessarily Sales Clouds fault, many fields need to be history tracked in a customer journey, beyond the default limit of 20. Data is cheap and storage is cheaper, so I wish this limit were increased!

Following the money. Having the amount field be a default field for several integrations is very useful.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is reaching the next level of human augmented AI and places the customer first while delivering personalization and automation.

There is a bit of a learning curve to get started.

It is solving segmentation needs.

All sales rep activities. Our sales rep use sales cloud a lot.

Nothing to elevate. We use sales cloud for all pre sales activities.

My experience using Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud was my 1st experience using Salesforce in general. I learned a lot and really enjoyed implementing this in our org. We now use Service Cloud.

It was just most quite what we needed. But overall it was a great intro to Salesforce.

It really took us to the next level with limitations on contacts.
