Salesforce has helped us centralize where our sales people are working.

Still in the process of implementing so currently having to work across our legacy system and salesforce system.

Very user friendly and very adaptable to business needs

Adaptability. The system is standardized yet can be tailored for any type of business.

Training new employees can at time be difficult

The new AI products will help our sales team improve their productivity when it comes to emails and data entry.
Sales cloud has allowed my org to sell in a more efficient manner.
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud, and Salesforce in general allows for a centralized hub for all data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many downsides. The only downside can be the price associated with Salesforce but that comes with any software you use.

Sales cloud allows us to use our data to analyze the likelihood of a sale occurring.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for managing our sales opportunities and have been using for a long time with plans to expand!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more standard integrations between other clouds but am excited to see that Salesforce is working on improving this.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is amazing. Everything on your fingertips. Innovation three times a year. SF listens to their customers and partners and brings in progress on the platform. Easy to customize and develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes the developer experience could be better. For example the idea of how the metadata is structures is good but not perfect. This makes deployments sometimes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide a 360 view of all customers and provide a great tool in all areas like marketing, sales, service, support, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has helped our organization consolidate customer data into one single location. It assisted in our efforts to consolidate customer records and information from siloed data sources. That holistic view has better helped us hone in our marketing efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve on record taxonomy just getting used to where data can be and is placed through our implementation instance.

Before Sales Cloud, we lacked a holistic view of our customer due to data siloes. Through duplicate checking and other efforts, we are now able to compile complete customer information to better our targeted marketing efforts.
