sometimes a bit confusing in handling, which means that is quite hard to find the functionality to use

What do you like best about the product?
Been a Sales cloud user and Admin for the organizations I have worked in the past and I would vouch for how easy it is for non technical colleagues to adapt to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better reporting abilities on tasks and events for the sales reps.

Empowers users to manage their daily tasks better
