Highly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and build special sales processes

Although there are abilities to customize for not well defined reasons there seems to be areas that are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to build a custom sales process using channel and rollout functionality

Sales Cloud organises my opportunities and with scheduled call backs it allows me to keep in contact with long lead deals.

SF Sales Cloud is a game-changer for streamlining sales processes. Its automation, insights, and custom tools help boost productivity and improve lead conversion. I also love its seamless integration and mobile access, making it perfect for our businesses.
