Easy to Set Up

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of the tool which is very user-friendly and simple to configure. The improvement in tracking our business opportunities has significantly increased customer satisfaction. The ability to share information between different sales teams is a great advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is much too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product for better tracking of business opportunities, which improves customer satisfaction. Sharing information between sales teams is a great advantage.

Even is a mess to implement and we r struggling to change we think is the next step

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for automating the entire sales process, which represents a great benefit for my team. This has helped us increase efficiency and optimize workflow, bringing financial returns in our sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud difficult. The lack of knowledge from the vendor made the start a challenge and I had to seek help directly. I wish there was more support or assistance from the vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found Salesforce Sales Cloud useful for automating the entire sales process, improving the team's efficiency.

Everything is conveniently organized in one place, from managing leads to tracking opportunities and even starting something new.

The fact that it cannot be regarded as a system of record is a significant limitation.
