Canned reports. All emails sent via email (without relay) end up in spam

The amount of data that you can keep on each individual account is outstanding. Every year they are releasing new features to help enhance your sales and your customer relations. No CRM will ever beat Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making changes, it is a bit intensive to get the right people you need to make the change. That could be an internal businesss change though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our SSoT, without it our sales, marketing, and CS teams would be useless. It connects us all together.

Intuitive, easy to use and ever updating with more suggestions to streamline processes.

Customization and updating can take a long time and requires multiple user stakeholders at our org.

Salesforce is known for being one of the more expensive CRM platforms, especially when you start adding additional features, modules, or third-party integrations. For smaller companies, the pricing model might be prohibitive.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps by managing leads, automating sales tasks, and providing real-time insights into sales performance. It boosts efficiency, improves customer relationships, and supports better collaboration across teams. For you, it benefits account management, enhances service workflows, and ensures smoother operations with key metrics and analytics.
