In order to get the functionality you want a high amount of customization can be needed.

Powerful Analytics and Scalability, but Setup Can Be Complex
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers a variety of features to track and trend on Opportunities and Leads. It is highly scalable and has robust features on forecasting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
While highly customizable, the Sales Cloud is a bit complex to set up.

the pricing can get expensive quickly once you start adding users and need advanced features, which can be challenging for smaller teams with limited budgets.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving our major challenge of disorganized customer data and lack of visibility across the sales process.

I dislike the fact that everything is an uncharge. AI features for example. I have to pay extra.

Flexibility and customization. Opps and campaigns are very helpful and offer a decent value to any sales team.

Price and support. Hasn’t seen much material innovation with ROI of late.
