Salesforce Sales Cloud lacks some of the features found in Marketing Cloud, but that's understandable since they are separate licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales process can vary significantly depending on the type of business. Each industry and company may have its own unique approach, tailored to its specific products, services, and customer needs. Understanding these differences is important for developing effective sales strategies.
Effortless Sales Management with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud. It effectively manages our sales pipeline, tracks deal closures, and forecasts future revenue. The reporting activity tracking is incredibly useful for seeing our progress towards revenue goals in real-time and for weekly updates. Overall, the ease of use makes me consider purchasing it again.

I love Salesforce Sales Cloud for its user-friendly and intuitive interface, which made my initial transition seamless. The ability to track all interaction data in a single source is invaluable, providing crucial visibility for leadership of team interactions. Additionally, I find the API and reporting features particularly useful for our operations.

As an administrator, I find it challenging to locate things easily in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Great Customer Insights, but API Setup Is Tricky

I like to have a 360 view of my customer

Setting up API connections can be quite complicated, but aside from that, everything else works well.

Having a 360-degree customer view allows the sales team to have all the necessary information before making contact. This ensures they are fully prepared and can approach each customer with a complete understanding of their needs and history.
Pipeline Inspection Made Easy with Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the usability of Salesforce Sales Cloud; it's user-friendly and doesn't require extensive technical skills to operate. The pipeline inspection and account plans are particularly invaluable, helping maintain strong customer relationships. I also love the available training resources on Trailhead, making it easy for any admin to learn and adapt effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the account plans to be much more flexible, particularly with the ability to add pick list value sets. This flexibility is currently lacking, and I've already made a request for this improvement on Salesforce's Ideas Exchange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for pipeline inspection and account plans, which helps maintain customer relationships through hierarchy mapping and account plans, solving relationship management effectively.
