What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integrates seamlessly with many other platforms and apps, making data sharing and workflows easier for me . It also provides a wide range of tools for managing relationships, including lead tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting.Its process automation capabilities streamline tasks like email follow-ups, lead assignment, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the platform overwhelming, especially for small businesses, due to its extensive features and steep learning curve. it sometimes require technical expertise or developer assistance to fully tailor it to business needs. The interface clutteres and unintuitive at times, making navigation less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud integrates data from various sources, providing a centralized the interactions, improving collaboration and decision-making. It helps to track and nurture leads more effectively, ensuring that no potential sales opportunity is missed. It also rovides real-time insights into sales pipelines, helping teams plan and forecast accurately.

Superior CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Saleforce Sales Cloud is simply the best out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be clunky at times, although this likely comes down to deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively tracks deals and customer data throughout the sales lifecycle.
Good experieces, great follow up from the Mexico team, high prices though.
What do you like best about the product?
We've found the platform very friendly, easy to navigate and use, basic features and more in detail ones if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is too high for small-medium companies such as ours. There can be some IT problems, but the teams is quick to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our clients, the way we contact them, and following up better with them.
Powerful Software but
What do you like best about the product?
The software is valuable, it helped my organisation to take sale orders faster, have more information from our clients and reduce time in the logistics of loading the trucks, we use it daily and was easy to implement with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't been able to use all the features and the customer support from the sales rep was null since they changed the one i had before, and was a hard integration that took longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales rep can take orders and get them in the system with just their phone and give the clients and prospects quotes in a more efficient way and faster, also the logistics of having all the products that have to be loaded to the trucks

In integrates with all our other software increedibly well and keeps our teams organized and connected with communications

As it is a very comphrehensive program, there are always kinks in data that were always having to work on cleaning up

Ensurig all our departments and teams have an all in one place to go to for all communications and client account information. Helps with tracking and managing KPIs
EASY TO NAVIGATE
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could easily access information on a simple click. I could also sort information based on how I would like to view it. It's pretty incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not think of anything because I do not have any bad experiences in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It could show me my numbers in real time. It coud track all the tasks that I have done on time, and It can monitor all my priority buckets on a daily basis.

Good integration with calling tools, easy to access, Support is good, easy for everyday use and implementing sales tasks.

Sales engagement, all sales leads and needs in one place, unified platform for sales.
I've used Salesforce Sales Cloud for years, its an essential tool for Sales and account management.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce Sales cloud is the access to all information regarding accounts in my base, I am able to use this information to engage with my customers, keep track of revenue, look at future opportunities, track meetings and also review my day to day activities. This allows me to provide excellent support to my clients and communicate internally without having to run around to find bits and pieces of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it for a very long time, I do not feel that there is much to dislike, it's a helpful tool in so many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows us to accurately provide account information to our clients but also internally when discussing certain issues. It allows us to see exactly when clients have been engaged, we are able to keep track of the frequency of engagement and also set up tasks for future activities so we get to stay on top of everything. I love the fact that all contract information is always available, all documents are stores and all valuable information regarding the account is on hand in an instant.
