What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly useful for streamlining our lead conversion process and tracking account and contact details efficiently. The duplication and lead conversion features are very helpful. I also appreciate its ease of setup and user-friendly features. These make it easy to manage our sales pipeline and are compelling reasons for my strong recommendation.

What do you like best about the product?

I also value its integrations with email tools like Salesforce Inbox. The AppExchange enhances functionality, allowing events and program management within Salesforce. The extensive ecosystem of partners and implementation support is crucial for effective use and configuration, adding significant value.

I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud's extensive range of features and industry support makes it very complex to navigate. It's challenging to determine the best features and add-ons for specific use cases. Additionally, figuring out the correct pricing and licensing model for your organization can be complicated.
