Useful Sales pipeline management

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize Salesforce to my sales process easily and have the ability to scale with Salesforce when I'm ready. I also like the focus on new sales products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better but has improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to to clearly see my pipeline and gather insights on my customers

What do you like best about the product?
Aligning sales team around the client. No customer ever gets more confident about the sale or partnership when multiple sales folks reach out to the same client or a client has to repeat their need again. Even when employees need to shift accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solid product. Wish AI was built in as standard versus being an add-on. That being said, the demos of the AI implementation makes execution seem very accessible.

Communication and collaboration around the same client

I can understand easily customers behavior.
It's easy to see my opportunities( won closed)
There are other integrations we can add into sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cost every integration we want to add.

The way that we can see the information.
Now I can have a better contest of each funtionality on sales cloud

Salesforce is one of the top CRM in the world. The ease with which it lets you design and develop and deploy things is unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably cost might be expensive for small or mid tier companies.
