What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need for pipeline, forecasting and reporting

It takes some time to learn but with a little training is a great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is helping us forecast and learn gaps in our pipeline so we can plan accordingly
