What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with my sales forecasting, keeping my customer contacts up-to-date, and keep my email correspondence organized within each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Salesforce!

Keeping all information about a customer account organized and visible to everyone is key!

What do you like best about the product?
I am learning and working on salesforce for my clients, it's admin very large with have many features. It is amazing and useful to increase business.

It is very costly for middle and lower merchants.

It has good speed to load website and easy to manage e-commerce data like customer, order, product and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
Is is pretty easy to find the info you are looking for. You can set reminders on the chatter for further ´phonecalls; review reports and search all the info of your clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Loggs of too quickly; you have to logg in several times a day

having all the information in on place, allowing to be faster and more accurate
