What do you like best about the product?
All of its robust features and how it enables Salesforce Administrators to create powerful automations with clicks, not code!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that it sometimes takes an extra second to find a specific tool if its not something you normally work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Businesses need a cloud based solution to manage all of their customer and company data, especially if they want to be there for their customers as a customer focused company. Sales Cloud fills businesses needs by providing capabilities to help ensure the business is consistently informed and always up to date, even on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part is the CRM platform through which you can connect with other Salesforce clouds as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to segregate the data flow between the CRM clouds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the major problem of handling the organisational data at one place and gives an ease to use it as well.

Fantastic program for consolidating communications

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the Einstein features. With these features the communications automatically sync into the platform from your email provider without much manual intervention. It was super easy to set this up and makes our daily communications sync in real time. I love being able to open up an account and see all of our interactions with those clients stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many things I dislike, the only downsides are hidden upsides. There is a ton of customization available in the platform which is as great as it is tedious and time consuming. The support team is amazing in helping with this though, so there is really no downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping us create a repository for all of our client communication. We previously just had it all stored in our personal phones and emails and Salesforce is helping us consolidate it all into one place so we have an ongoing record of all of our communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has been a daily part of my life as a CSM for years and has made my life a breeze. It was a quick learning process jumping on and though the system is very robust and thorough, it has been simple to learn and become familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is great but also a complication, is the customization of the platform. You can do almost anything and have information and dashboards show up in the best way- IF you know how to do it.

It has really been the best platform to manage all things when it comes to customers. It has made our life so much easier when it comes to keeping customer information, their businesses, processes and journeys all easy to and siomple to see and customize.
