What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud’s setup remarkably smooth, thanks to its low-code and no-code capabilities, making it quick and easy to implement. I appreciate the comprehensive view it offers of all sales-related information, including leads and dealer performance, which helps in effective planning and tracking. The integration of new AI features makes it a cutting-edge platform that's immensely helpful for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a little bit confused about the various features, especially with Agent Force. It would be beneficial if the software was bundled in a way that makes it easier to understand what components are essential to purchase for optimal usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidates sales data, enhancing visibility into dealer performance and enabling efficient data tracking and AI utilization, which supports our BDMs and company growth.
Great for Boosting Sales, but Navigation Needs Simplifying

It is a bit too messy and not always easy to navigate for new comers. Simplifying the navigation could help.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud very easy to set up, which is a significant advantage for me. The platform also excels in managing leads, a feature I find incredibly useful. It effectively supports our sales team and solutions, which enhances our overall sales operations.

Robust Features, But High Licensing Costs
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to easily view our opportunity pipeline for forecasting new business, which has been immensely helpful. The platform enables us to create flows and processes for presales, enhancing our efficiency. Additionally, I find having up-to-date leads and contact information incredibly beneficial. The reporting feature is very useful, and I value the ability to customize information as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process to be quite challenging initially. It was difficult to get the right decision-makers to determine roles and credentials, which involved coordinating with busy executives to make decisions that would impact the entire organization during the initial configuration. Additionally, I believe the licensing costs could be more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track the opportunity pipeline, improve forecasting, generate presales processes, and keep updated lead and contact information.
Streamlined Process with Agent Force, but Needs Built-in Document Signing

The entire process is streamlined, and with agent force, it requires much less manual effort.

Since company have been using it , there should have been an u build document signing mechanism

That helps us improve the issue of capturing new leads by increasing the productivity of our business

We may not be able to obtain all the KPIs of our company with what our licensing provides us. Migrate to other platforms.
