What do you like best about the product?
We are using Sales Cloud for a long time and it is one of the best product
What do you dislike about the product?
We get update 3 times a year and we need to kee ourself upgraded all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problem of selling our software services to Customers and also support CPQ cycle

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows our sales and service teams work together managing opportunities and customer support to provide the best experience and accurate forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
With each release there is new functionality that may require more rework of processes to take advantage of

Salesforce Sales cloud No more lost leads
What do you like best about the product?
Due to Sales Cloud, my company was able to better track Leads with lead management and had an overall better view of our opportunity pipeline. The sales cloud was easy to integrate and easy to implement. We had to contact customer support to increase our user license and that was an easy process. We use Salesforces Sales Cloud daily and our daily user count is now stable with our continued growth we have found the right product for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not find one, we only wish we found it sooner as it would have saved us more money and long nights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used Excel spread sheets to track our Leads and Opprotunities. With Sales cloud we have better overall lead and opportunity tracking and management and enhanced account management that comes with the sales automation that we have in place.

It helped to build a business application with very nice interface and friendly user interface with quick flows and minimal clicks

What do you like best about the product?
Territory management, Intuitive and customizable sales process with no/low code and Integration with other sales tools such as maps, credit check and customer data enrichment via Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some training is required. Cost must be considered.

Able to consolidate sales process from legacy systems to a unified platform that reduces swivel-chairing for our sales agents.
