Couldn't live without this
What do you like best about the product?
I live in it every day, works every time, launching new features, easy to implement, great support when I need it from my CSM, and integrates across my GTM stack

Nothing. This product is amazing for a sales team

Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep all of my work queues in one place. It allows me to stay organized

I have noticed the system tends to crash from time to time

It allows many different departments to stay connected and in sync with one another

The pricing structure for Sales Cloud can be expensive, particularly for smaller businesses or those on a tight budget. Additional features like AI or advanced integrations may come at a premium, making the platform more costly than expected.

Sales teams often operate in silos, making it difficult to share information and collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., marketing or customer service).
It better alignment between sales and other departments, improved communication, and a more cohesive approach to managing customer relationships.

Salesforce as a CRM is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to integrate technolgies, communication with my team in an easy, identifiable format. I use it multiple times a day and find it i easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alot of data fields, if it could be simplified, or had a simplified option, it could enhance the more simple day to day tasks for efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, service tickets with clients, recording meetings, creating reports and measuring outcomes.

SF is customizable and very robust. The capabilities and insights you can access in this system are great

Sometimes there is down time causing some obstacles during my daily workflow

Keeping track of accounts in my book of business and capturing leads with intent/event signals for effective outbound prospecting

Report creation / editing can be a bit clunky / exporting contacts from my book of accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful tool that help our company streamline the sales processes. It allows us to effectively manage our lead database in a day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. Salesforce Sales Cloud is the stongest and robust CRM I have ever known and work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allow us to manage our huge customer database effectively while allowing our team members to collaborate efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about salesforce sales cloud is the flexibility and the scale it provides. I can get a whole picture of my accounts on a high level if I want or even in-depth if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something I dislike would be the fact that theres so much unnecessary things available that it creates a lot of unnecessary noise and probably because of that the UI is not as user friendly in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its pretty much a centralised system for our whole account team where we track the whole activity everyone has done on the account so we can get a complete picture.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to navigate. I find data management easy to control, and daily task list helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The webpage can be slow to load and sometimes crash.
