What do you like best about the product?
Best platform to track team and improve effeciency. I love the integration feature, which makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt bit overwhelming in the beginig due to complex features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, integrating all the platforms, and making tracking and organising easier

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and navigate. I love how it tracks everything automatically and you do not have to update it yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is there were some issues creating cadences/ email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly intuitive once you get the hang of the UI and features. It is a bit of a steep learning curve but plenty of resources to help with that process
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little cumbersome at times with almost too much data to shift through. Really just requires clean data to be coming in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping tag and score leads which helps segment email lists and keep the database completely up to date for the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay extremely organized with contacts and helps segment them based on where they are in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading times and sometimes programs like email deploys crash and you have to redo the whole process again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can store a massive amount of data and it organizes it very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to build in-depth reports for campaigns, and the integration with other platforms is an essential part of providing all the data I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there can be a large learning curve. Although that's the price you pay with a high depth of features, it's unfortunate that it takes so much time to learn to utilize the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue is disprate data sources. Salesforce lets us bring them all together to measure metrics as a single source of truth.

A Game-Changer for Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
For me the main appeal of sales force is the ability to customize almost everything is what makes Salesforce stand out. I love how it keeps all customer data in one place, automates tedious tasks and provides clear insights with its reporting tools. The integrations with other apps make it even more versatile and for me is my favourite CRM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s pretty pricey, and the learning curve is definitely a steep one. Setting it up can be pretty overwheming, and sometimes it’s hard to find features buried in the interface. For smaller teams, it might feel a bit like overkill .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for all customer and sales data to be centralised which is extremely helpful.

Because of this it's a lot easier to track leads, manage opportunities, and streamline workflows.

Automating routine tasks like follow-ups and lead assignments frees up time for sales reps like myself to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

The annual fee increased and I have a little difficulty with oversight due to not having a strong tech background.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Captures all data very accurately
2. Syncs well with other IT systems
3. Good view of all sales leads
4. Comprehensive tool with all details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Will update if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud is solving our New Opportunity and Leads management.
We are able to get a good view of all leads from a particular customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search lists & contacts, it makes it easy to find do I need to send outreach to and how is it tied to former opportunities, deals, and lead sources
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesforce had better outreach like Hubspot or Salesloft, it makes it easy having everything in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales outreach, I wish it was as easy as Hubspot is in this capacity
