Tried for private network security, but more than we needed

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides: it delivers what it promises: anonymous searching & communication, cyber threat intel, and so much more. We felt completely covered amongst all of our privacy and security needs, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our retail shop signed up for more than we needed. Coming from a big corporation to small business, we were overzealous and underprepared in our network security needs vs what Telos could provide. Only one of our employees is remote. lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber Security and customer privacy for a small retail/beauty business.
