What do you like best about the product?
Sentinel has a mature EDR and XDR platform with soc options. Only platforms to look at our sentinel one and crowdstrike.

Ability to look at a step by step incident as it happened.

Value really allow them to stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more automations and integrations the marketplace is nice, but it needs to mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes care of our first line of defense and much more

What do you like best about the product?
SentinelOne has been one of the most useful tools in our arsenal as an IT staff. It has saved us more than a few times and the vigilance team has always followed through with advice about where to look and how to prevent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints about the product. It has helped us in many ways.
The only thing I would say is that maybe they could improve the false positives?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution has given us the ability to worry about projects and trouble tickets over losing sleep about security breaches. I'm every single case S1 has prevented an attack from moving.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about S1 is the immediate threat detection and response. The moment a threat is detected you are informed promptly and can start analyzing what happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal can feel a little overwhelming at times to navigate as an end user. If you aren't in it every day you can spend quite some time trying to figure out where features are at that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems S1 is solving is ensuring that are end users PC's are protected and no malicious software is being ran. If a user downloads a malicious file on their computer then S1 is there to remove it and alert administrators about it. Then we can act quickly and investigate what happened. Furthermore, we can educate employees and mitigate threats this way. Having SentinelOne as our Endpoint Detection also helps cross out boxes since it is one of the best products in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sentineone responses to incident and ransoware attack very fast and show a strong capability on anti-virus and malware detection. Sentineone also use very little system resource when scan the device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have major dislike at this moment, every features of sentinelone works great and provide use a realiable and saftey network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentinelone addresses our network vulnerabilities and strengthens security of our network. Sentinelone also anticipates risky from files, malwares , emails and browers and protect us from ransomware attack.

What do you like best about the product?
Rate of detection and ranger option to hunt is just amazing among many other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
excpet some false positives this is a very robust system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you only have to view threats and work the alerts. haven't had any issues since we installed it.

What do you like best about the product?
I apprecate the ease of use of the platform and that there is an ability to ugrade the endpoints from the console
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that when upgrading the version of S1 from the console there is a higher chance it will cause an issue on our endpoints

Quicker detection management, and provides us with an AV

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to present detailed relationships between security events on a system greatly reduces response times during attacks. The platform shows a clear chain between all aspects of what an attack has touched on the system which reduces what can be an hours-long, grueling process of sifting through logs to a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to details outside of what the system identifies as an attack can still be very difficult to achieve. Any tasks that need to be manually traced and researched can be buried in the UI, leaving you in a position of trust that S1 has identified everything you might care about as an attack ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to move past simple NGAV and into a more security-specific platform to detect and respond to threats. Client logs were previously a difficult thing to analyze and manage and S1 has made that much easier and provided a clear pathway to integrate with the rest of our Security Operations Center capabilities.

Like any other tool, you need to be sure you have the staff to support the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced ESET with SentinelOne. Very pleased so far with the software and support.

simplicity in its implementation and effectiveness against any threat
What do you dislike about the product?
not much except maybe the updates sometimes without too many details beforehand. But it's minimal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real-time protection, instant feedback, 24/7 Vigilance support, avant-garde for its embedded technologies

SentinelOne Singularity is a great security solution

What do you like best about the product?
We have the vigilance service and it helps us a lot with detections and corrective activities. Additionally, we find it very easy to manage the SentinelOne agents from the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the complete software inventory of all the servers and workstations, but I don't have a way to manage that software. I thnik that that funcionallity it's part of asset management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting against malware. We have the ranger console and I have a full endpoint management and I can install the sentinelOne agents (and detect some issues) from the same console.
