Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing seems to ecape SentinelOne! I have tested so many different malicious files and techniques for pivoting throughout a network. Mimikatz is definitely on the list of blocked executables also. We also use distributed administration to provide access for clients and we can retain an account to assist which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many thinks I don't like about SentinelOne. I think on top of my list is that I hope they do not sell the company to a larger company.
If I were to point out one flaw it would be that even when whitelisting certain applications, we still receive false positives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne provides me with peace of mind, allowing me to rest easier at night. The blocking capabilities I observe in SentinelOne reassure me and grant me a sense of tranquility.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform was able to detect malware that had been sitting in our environment and previously undetected by our former solution. The installation was very straight forward. The test profiles were easy to use and identify false positives before automating the handling and remediation of threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the product works great and the interface is generally intuitive. As a smaller business with only location, it took a little while to get used to the account and site levels for managing the groups. This was a small learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne Singularity is increasing our security by proactively monitoring endpoint activity for possible malicious software or other threatening activity.
We replaced our Microsoft defender AV with SentinelOne for this hospital

We really like the MFA feature to log into the managmenemnt portal also the rollback feature

we dislike the the sgent sometimes is removed on its on from devices

What do you like best about the product?
Once your system is set up, it's pretty much hands-off. Proper configuration is key for ease of use and protection of endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the most intuitive to use. Finding help guides/tutorials are in need of some attention.

Provides a solid solution for endpoint protection.

One of the standout features of SentinelOne Singularity is its advanced use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for threat detection. It provides several competitive advantages, such as behavior-based detection and real-time threat detection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the learning curve. Understanding how to interpret alerts, respond to threats, and optimize the system's settings effectively could require training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitors endpoints and networks, allowing imediate threat identification and response and also reduces alerts.
Very good experience and feedbacks from IT staff who are managing the product.

Threat alert email notification and status update, and agent connected/disconnected notification.

No downside i have heard about from either IT staff or end users.

To ensure all endpoint devices connected to our network is adequately protected.
Perfect EDR Solution
What do you like best about the product?
SentinelOne is easy to use and navigate. Endpoint visibility, gives me the power I needed to ensure our workforce would be ready for anything, while enabling our team to understand what is actually happening. When certain threats are known to us to be coming closer, SentinelOne's network protection features, such as being able to create a SMART rules and block.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like all solutions SentinelOne does have some flaws for example many false positives. In many instance its a result of files or binaries that are not signed to tend to look malicious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
detect malicious activity such as lateral movement or infected files. We also use SentinelOne to block USBs this helps with DLP and older vulnerable versions of bluetooth.

It isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Endpoint security software that protects enterprise connected devices from malware and cyber attacks.
Benefits include, Endpoint Detected and Response, Vulnerability management, Infection remediation and centralised management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Deep dive search doesn't always work as well. Cost is also slightly higher but I guess this is expected for a fairly mature product. I'd like the team at SentinelOne to be more proactive with engagement with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose and problem we're shielding us from is to protect us agaist cyber threats. Our teams are more productive and the machine learning technology is well received.
