XDR That Can Meet Your Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The managed service portion of the product allows us to gain more coverage and helps us scale. The product has performed well in catching malicious files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integrations with other security products (i.e. SIEM, Zero-Trust Device compliance) or join frameworks like the Shared Signals Working group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us coverage via managed services. We not only get coverage, but 24x7x365 support to triage findings. This allow us to scale coverage while not adding as much overhead.
Great EDR product for most environment
What do you like best about the product?
Product provides robust protection, while allowing for easy managment and oversight of enrolled devices using hte mangment console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration process between EDR providers is a challening process and it may block applications without active notifcations within the console, leading to a difficult experince troubleshooting compatbility issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EDR solution that provides montiroing and protection of enrolled systems and workloads. Also provides a good platform for reviewing the overall security status of the enterprise.

We switched from multiple products to secure/protect our endpoints to one SentinelOne suite. Better management and administration.

Highly Recommend SentinelOne Products
What do you like best about the product?
The S1 products do not impact the performance of our endpoints, and we have seen very few false positives. While we don't need to contact support often, our experiences with support have always been fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using the product for almost two years, and have very little negative to say about it. The only thing I wish they did better is the auto-update feature of the agents. That process is more involved than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to update our XDR protection and SentinelOne has been a great choice for us. With our prior solution, we never received anything for legitimate issues, but were constantly gettings false positives.

What do you like best about the product?
A struggle our organization has around security products is that they sometimes create more work than they eliminate. SentinelOne is a product that functions on it's own without constant administration and intervention once you've gone through the initial setup and created automation processes around keeping it deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue's we've encountered with SentinelOne have revolved around getting our users to understand how it works. SentinelOne acts without warning sometimes to kill or quarantine processes, and if users create changes in our environment without prior communication it can create the need to whitelist retroactively which causes downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we lacked visibility in our environment about which applications were installed, what processes were running, and what our users were encountering that might put our organization at risk. SentinelOne keeps us safe and provides us with visibility in our environment.

SentinelOne has a brilliant user-friendly interface that makes this modern and powerful threat detection and response solution easy to use and understand!
What do you dislike about the product?
Several times experienced a whitelisted application being flagged as malicious and being killed and qurantined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a relatively small Security team, SentinelOne provides the best first line defense for all endpoints in our environment. Its capabality to identify and stop threats through its many detection engines helps secure our network from both internal and external threats.

SentinelOne prices correctly with features that actually help detect 0-day vulnerability with deep visibility

The report can be more informative for upper management

0-day detection. Deep visibility for threat-hurting on AI adversaries

What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment and responsive team. Threats are resolved within hours, not days!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The dashboard can get a little busy sometimes, but that's about it.

Capability and capacity. Our previous provider was great, but S1 is Mike's ahead. Also capacity. I don't have the team with the experience to handle detection!
