Best Endpoint Protection Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having used this tool for some time now, I can say it is the best tool. The software is very affordable and comes with great protection features.
This tool is easy to use and very effective when it comes to handling malware and viruses.

We use this tool for endpoint protection, and so far, it has been great with no issues whatsoever.

This tool work well as an endpoint protection and the fact that it offers great features and capabilities makes it even better.

What do you like best about the product?
Current technology, advanced AI effective against threats and behavioral attacks. Responsive support teams providing some of the best technical and customer service and support I've experienced in over 25 years in IT. Committed and dedicated executive team, passionate and knowledgeable about the technology
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some maturity needed around agent versions, cadence, bugs - especially in Linux, but very helpful and responsive team - quick to solve issues and provide fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
behavioral malware threats, and anti-virus, EDR, Incident Response.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
as with any A/V roll-out, ensure processes in place for application tuning, exclusions/exceptions, escalation, asset management.
Top notch account leadership team!
What do you like best about the product?
The account leadership team that we have is fantastic, when we brought forward issues they were truly our advocates within the Sentinel organization engaging directly with their engineering team to help us resolve the challenge we were facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a SaaS organization and at times our developers have to take actions at the CLI level that are sometimes blocked by SentinelOne, we were quickly able to remediate this and now are working with their team on early beta testing to help ensure that when we roll out to our production users that the concerns are not there in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a top level end point protection solution that had management based in the cloud and provided a high level of protection for our devices. I have been happy with the portfolio capabilities and also feel that they are competitive from a product cost to value ratio.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment and almost no interference with computing resources. I like the protection it provides with not too many false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We use their Vigilance service and they take care of most of the issues before we even become aware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the times of remote working it ensures that our principle of zero trust is fully implemented and not impacting user's day to day tasks. So less support calls or threat alerts.

Its worth doing a trial with this product if you want that peace of mind.

SentinelOne is easy to use, easier to deploy, and Deep Visibility provides amazing insight and visibility.

Sometimes help documentation may be tailored to an upcoming release that you do not have yet, but will very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne provides our organization with insight into what endpoints are doing, especially when working remotely and the machines are not on our network.
Deep Visibility provides huge benefits when researching a potential incident to answer questions like: 'Who else has this file?' 'Who else went to this website/URL/IP address?'.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall great protection. Great UI that is easy to work with. Deployment has also been very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The firewall still has a lot of room to grow. The Firewall logging is a little under developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed and EDR solution, Antivirus, and Firewall. The EDR abilities of the software came in great use to configure the firewall.

What do you like best about the product?
For once, I actually feel we are protected with a malware solution. SentinelOne does take some tweaking out of the box, but it has caught things on users computers that we had no idea were there.
Miners, trojans, and other malware are caught at a much better rate with SentinelOne than they were with our past protection. Add to that, there are awesome audit logs so we can track back how the threat entered the network and take steps to address it.
You can get really granular in the policies that apply to your organization and block things by hash or file path. This helps make sure even renamed malware will be stopped.

What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box, it requires you review a lot of things flagged with suspicious activity. Some of these can be significant (like backup software). So it take some time to configure correctly. That said, it becomes easier after the first few days. Also, if you take the step of creating the setting for a device to disconnect from the network when infected,it can be tough to get it back on when it is clean.
The management portal could also use some improvement to manage multiple office sites. Also, assigning rights to additional user account (for management portal access, like an IT team member) could be a little easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that with SentinelOne, we are finally truly protecting our endpoints. We use other complimentary applications for things like email protection and URL filtering, but I feel that SentinelOne is the most significant security solution we have implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
For the past one year we are using this product and we are very much happy with products ability to find the vulnerabilities and whenever there is any vulnerability the system will get disconnect at the very next moment. What we like the most its its power to detect the unknown processes and services and blocking the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
since we are using Sentinel one cloud when ever there is any internet issue we were not able to restore the network for those Endpoints blocked by sentinel one. Only hing that works is manually uninstalling the software with the access code and then reinstall after connecting to network. That make it little difficult . Being a Endpoint security software i think that is not a demerit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do have a better control on the endpoints now. Problems that we were able to solve includes controlling users PC by monitoring the way it behave, the services that runs in the PC and also taking quick action in case of any malicious activity.Earlier we were using Kaspersky Endpoint solution which was locally installed in a server. Using it for the past one year makes it fell as the more reliable and must needed security solution for every company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For all those considering Endpoint protectiona m recommending SentinelOne as perfect choice. From my experience it is the best solution that we can trust. At first you may find the User interface bit confusing but once settled it will be alright. only draw back i found is the frequent updation of UI.

White listing by hash means you don't have to do it by file location or name.

It is a pricey product so it's hard to afford.

What do you like best about the product?
From monitoring to deployment and most importantly mitigating threats, this endpoint has gone above and beyond and allows our business heads to sleep at night. We couldn't be more happy with
our decision to move (as an office) from Norton to SentinelOne.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are new to this service for only about a year BUT can say confidently we have no complaints as of yet. We went from having trojan, cryptolocking, and general malicious activity almost weekly to none that we can speak of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with multiple agents who work from home or out of office it's nice to have the peace of mind that all of our devices are protected with Sentinel's static AI engine and behavioral AI working all the time to neutralize threats before they become active. It's a superior proactive approach versus a reactive one. Can't beat it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their Behavioral AI used to flush out malware is proprietary to them and as far as I know, totally unmatched.
