It is a great tool for us. I like ui and general functionalities

The price is a bit much, honestly. I also wish there was better integration with SF.

Great Visualizations with Tableau, but Limited Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau enables me to design visualizations that help users quickly grasp the situation. It makes it much easier for people to understand the data at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m frustrated that Tableau can’t connect directly to our Salesforce data, as this means we have to rely on Prep Builder and also need a scheduling tool, which we currently don’t have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has enabled us to develop dashboards that present key data points from the Institutional Research department, making important information easily accessible to users.

The data analytics offered are useful for supporting business decision-making.

So far, we have not encountered any problems with Tableau.

Gaining a deeper understanding of our customers and identifying which use cases have the greatest impact is essential for us.
