Valuable tool for our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how user friendly it is for our business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I dislike more revolves around our implementation of it and our training - we needed to enable and empower more of our users throughout the business to use it as a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization and being able to make better and more informed decisions throughout our org.

Cross tools data, consolidated in one place.

Maybe complexity in implementation. Need specialized resources.

Drive impact through data. We had no KPIs in order to guide our future.
AI Integration in W Makes It Effortless and Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
With the addition of AI in W, it has become even more impressive. Now, I can access it effortlessly just by using commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have no complaints—everything is working well, so I can say it's a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a massive amount of data in our database, which continued to grow every day. At first, having a single-screen view of all this data was quite challenging, but over time it became much easier to manage.
Transforms Data Visualization with Enterprise-Wide Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Tableau's enterprise-wide capabilities allow us to create dashboards and connect directly to data sources, making it easier to manage our operations. The setup was straightforward, especially with the simplicity of activating Single Sign-On. The visualizations are incredibly useful for tracking key initiatives, such as identifying missing data which highlights areas for improvement. The integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud expands our reporting capabilities significantly beyond standard options. Overall, I value the experience and the insights Tableau provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in pricing, as it would be helpful to involve more people.

I use Tableau for visualizations to track key initiatives, identify areas needing focus, expand report capabilities, and create enterprise-wide dashboards with direct data connections.
Incredible Dashboards, Perfect for Executive Use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the incredible platform and the integration of AI agents in Tableau, which enhances its functionality. The simplicity of use for executives is a significant advantage. I find the dashboards incredible due to their customization capabilities for timely and effective information access. The planned integration with Nonprofit Cloud and Microsoft Teams is also beneficial.
