What do you like best about the product?
I love that Tableau provides real-time insights into recruiter production and activities. The ability to track account performance against goals is incredibly beneficial. The visualizations are top-notch, and I appreciate being able to drill down into the data. Tableau's integration with our company's proprietary tools is seamless. The platform is straightforward, and my team can set up dashboards to meet any of my needs.

I find that the current version we have doesn't make it very easy to add new variables.

Tableau truly simplifies data visualization. It integrates smoothly with a variety of sources, such as Salesforce, enabling our business users to transform complex datasets into straightforward, actionable insights. The dashboards are not only easy to create but also interactive and visually engaging, making them ideal for presenting to stakeholders. What stands out to me most is Tableau's flexibility—whether I'm blending CRM data or evaluating campaign performance, it consistently provides quick results. The platform is easy to learn, and the community support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish for is faster load times when working with very large datasets. Despite this, Tableau remains an indispensable tool for data-driven storytelling and making informed decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau enables us to bring together data from both Salesforce and AdSales systems into one unified, visual platform. In the past, generating reports across different business units, such as AdSales and Circulation, meant manually pulling data and working with spreadsheets. Now, Tableau automates this entire process, providing our teams with real-time access to campaign performance, client revenue, and pipeline trends.
This has significantly accelerated stakeholder reporting, enhanced the accuracy of our data, and empowered leadership to make decisions based on clear, visual insights. Tableau has genuinely transformed the way we analyze, share, and act on our data.

I like that I can customize reports to suit how I want my audience to visualize the data.

It can be slow and drag out, and this might be due to internal large data or latency issues.

Licensing can get expensive, especially for larger teams or when scaling to organization-wide use.
