The ability to dive deep into the data. The. Zoom out and deep into another data point.

Schema consumption of objects and feeling with unused deprecated fields.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the business decisions are conveyed n a format that bridges the gap between data, technology and business. Tableau enables our clients to view insights in a way to consume ideas and take decisions to suit the underlying realities of data. Tableau is definitely helping make seamless connected decisions across the execution spectrum, from business to operations to technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some visualizations can be made more intuitive to develop - giving ease of presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Converting data mountains into understandable insights
2. Enabling faster decisions for business
3. Providing self service capabilities for end users through direct Tableau dashboard

The benefits are reducing time to decisions and taking more real time insights on time to business

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Love how everything is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not Tableau issue but have to understand the data and know what to look for to get the value out of the product. Maybe this agent thing will give you what for want without duoung the data prep work.

Understanding any abnormal trend within your data

Great Data Integration, but Frustrating Salesforce Character Limits

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Tableau can pull data not just from Salesforce, but also from Snowflake, GCP, and various other API partners. It brings all this information together in a single location, making it much easier to create reports and leadership dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've encountered is the character limitation when using Salesforce with Tableau. Tableau often fails to sync or pull data from Salesforce when it comes to long-text fields, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only consolidates data from multiple sources for us, but also sends that information to Insights, our internal app, which we rely on to monitor our live bandwidth usage.

The ease to build impactful visuals. I can quickly connect to datasets and spin up data within minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slightly rough around the edges as far as quality of life items go, like being able to scroll left and right on different worksheets vs clicking the left/right buttons

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the seamless integration of Tableau with Salesforce, which has significantly improved our reporting capabilities. The platform's ability to provide a 360-degree overview of customer data is extremely beneficial for gaining insights. I also found the initial setup to be quite seamless after overcoming the learning curve, making it easy to embed into our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that making integration with datasets could be easier, and there should be a more streamlined experience in creating and handling datasets within Tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau for reporting needs, gaining 360-degree customer insights, providing a comprehensive data overview, enhancing understanding and decision-making.
