Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday help us organize our tasks, communicate better between different teams and to get connected no matter which department you work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it. I believe it is a great tool from simple to more complicated daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, communication, and daily tasks being monitored. It helps improve the communication between different departments and solve the follow-up with tasks.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Monday team support is very fast and fast. The automation and integrations are easy to configure, in addition to allowing a ready use of the list, in a centralized way, avoiding the exchange of several files by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant time to release useful new features, which we need to go through a lot of steps to adapt.
Similar solutions have some features that make building views much easier, such as a % bar, based on a numeric column.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize information easily and intuitively, without the need for programming knowledge, or the need to build a Dashboard through an expert, in a very simple way.
Best way to organize projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that monday lets me keep track of both budgets and due dates. It also is awesome to be able to create automations for reminders and sending out final work when done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more budgeting features. I wish you could pull budgets from separate projects all into one master budget to track expenses across categories from various projects. For example, being able to pull all the costs I have spent on photographers across several projects. Or being able to see all of my production budgets get pulled into one big budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a producer, monday helps me keep track of all the logistics and due dates involved in setting a shoot up for success. being able to map out the production process an share it with clients, has helped educate others on how complex and time sensitive production truly is.
Muti-Use software that is very customizable and zapier friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday for project mgmt as well as a ticketing system for updating records, creating new users, report requests and troubleshoting. Monday.com makes it easy to customize our ticketing form or project details and be able to keep multiple stakeholders updated on the progress of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a couple of different API updates that end up breaking our Zapier connection to Slack each time, which is a bit of a headache, but we have been able to resolve the issue each time it has happened. The pros definitely out weigh these issues that have only come up a couple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a ticketing system for updating records, reporting troubleshooting tickets, requesting new user setup, new field/feature requests, and reporting requests. This has allowed me as an admin, to reduce the number of individual slack messages I am receiving which has given me additional time back in my day to work on proactive projects instead of spending so much time being reactive.
Other parts of our company are utilizing it for managing projects. They've been able to keep organized on their project progress and keep multiple people updated on those statuses.

An Essential Investment for any Business!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's project management software has been instrumental in the success of my business' growth and development. The services are able to be tailored based on the needs of the business; making it a cost-effective investment for either small or large business ventures. In addition to being malleable to fit the needs of your business, the customer service is unparralled!
What do you dislike about the product?
In utilizing Monday.com, I have not yet come across an aspect of the software that I dislike. I have found that many of my concerns or questions stemmed from me just not taking a few more moments to either try out a template or just reach out to the ever-friendly customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me complete a total re-structure of several mid-size construction businesses, and so much more! Monday's ability to be integrated into various types of software, whether they be financial, marketing, etc. has been a true benefit that I did not even realize I was missing.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com about a year ago and while it had some initial kinks to work out, we eventually get it set up just the way we want. Not we can't go a day without it. Its been one of the best tools in our arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to hate about it, but if I had to be picky I would say that some users get lost in the advanced and deeper menu items when they're trying to do something special. But even then I would say its easy once you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our bug and project management tracking issues have all disappeared since starting to use Monday.com and all its tools. We have saved time, money and frustration by switching over to it.

Try a demo and then speak with your people in charge of purchasing!
Great service for so many reasons!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the GUI for the monday.com experience is what makes it a great service. I have used other work management tools and the ease of use is really where it succeeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a confusing element to the licensing and costs. Initially, it looks like a great deal but once you get down to the details it does cost a bit more than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved our entire work force over to the monday.com site for all our application and work management and its really changed the speed and ease in which we can get our work done.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing fit to modernize our systems, processes and communication. I love how it is visual and easy to use for any kind of thinker. It also trains you on itself making the lift to implement this software easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that subitems worked more like items, and dependencies were a bit easier to change and tag together. Would be great to be able to create our own templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing the "Black hole" of projects leading to unrealistic workloads and scopes. Spending more time on the work and less time on logistics!

Love that we can keep track of our projects in a fun and engaging way. Integrations/automations make life easy!

It's sometimes hard to keep track of long conversations within a project task.
