What do you like best about the product?
Automations! Monday.com makes it exceptionally easy for remote teams to communicate and organize tasks across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Items cannot yet be duplicated across different boards and workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Siloed departments. As an all remote SaaS startup, communications between team members across departments can be difficult. Monday.com creates a one-place platform where our Client Success team can directly communicate and assign tasks with prioritization to the Software Development team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the team understands it, we can easily manage tasks and plan in time the tasks ahead
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasions, there can be a lot going on in the boards; not that it's Monday's fault but it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, meeting deadline and understanding what everyone in the team is doing and when.

What do you like best about the product?
Working as a team I find that using a helpful support board like the ones offered on monday.com we can keep track of cases, data requests and new functionality will complete ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to integrate more software into monday.com as I feel there is so much to gain from this. the Teams/monday.com isn't the best as it doesn't add much to the monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with external devs using the board has allowed me to close critical bugs, major data requests and even test change controls from anywhere in the world. I have been able to complete my job quickly and effectively even when I have been 2000 miles from my office
Recommendations to others considering the product:
id highly recommned this any company that has a support process in need to simplifying its adds life and ease to a section of any company that is considered boring and slow

i enjoy more job more just by using this...

Like the option to monitor all team members task in one location which provide option to monitor all

Some of the cells might be confused, maybe add more color options

Too much documentation to handle and efficient management tools

- It helps me to plan all my activities per the Sprint and complete them within the time allotted for the task.

The flexibility allows me to record tasks and track progress from different perspectives
What do you dislike about the product?
Being not able to filter out the sub-items that I need to work on during the current week based on the timeline I set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a shared place between myself and stakeholders to record tasks and track progress simultaneously.

No need to maintain a shared google doc which requires me to manually share to new stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
My team loves the easy management and tracking of all projects across multiple clients. Monday.com is now replacing a lot of our internal email communications as we can easily see details from the full project lifecycle. Monday.com features continue to grow and improve. I do wish I had more time to learn about how we could better integrate Monday.com into our other operational applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the team is a little unsure of when they need to tag users to ensure the group is notified or not - perhaps adding occasional tool tip pop ups as a reminder would help. Project archival features need to be improved. Date labeling could use improvement for easier referral in history (number of days views aren't as helpful). I don't have a good understanding of time tracking options in Monday.com. Our services are billed hourly and we typically clock time at the end of each day for work completed. I'll use the history/inbox features as a reminder of what projects I worked on for time clocking, but it seems like there are ways of doing this more efficiently to prevent underbilling of tasks. I'm just not sure how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've eliminated the use of tracking projects with excel sheets. We can see progress real-time and Monday.com provides accountability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It took a little while to get the team to use it actively. But once incorporated into their workflow, they are hooked and seeing the benefits and value.
