Monday is perfect project management tool for start up and even a big business
What do you like best about the product?
That is customizable and very frindly to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are not able to set working days, so when you plan and set dates it count the weekends
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company we use Monday for project management, creating sprints and tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They can start very easily, with a few clicks. Customize their tasks as needed, it also allows you to type scripts formulas for calculation of the time.

Simple and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Tjhe flexibility of the tool, the variety of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, nothing. We really like the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the tool for project management and tickets. We solved a lot of double communications.
Great Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of the status of the tasks and it's due date. Most importantly I can create dashboards that are so bespoke. I have used jira atlassian. I felt Monday.com is so efficient to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say on this point. But I dislike when there is outage sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am able to deliver to the client on time. I can also predict easily if anyanthing is going to be delayed and inform the client accordingly.
Efficient and Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday boards have allowed me to collaborate with other teammates. Allows use to do time tracking of different tasks and the dashboard features gives a great overview of all the tasks for a given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly, I have faced issues with bulk deletion of groups. For this, I wrote my own script to delete the groups in bulk through the APIs provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do time tracking for different tasks related to projects which are in development or QA phase. Also, due to this we were able to quantify the tasks into sub tasks which were achievable.

What do you like best about the product?
We can keep important information from all of or departments in one place.

The learning curve was a little difficult but once I caught on to everything, it has been amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep up with communication from across the company. We work better as a company.
Awesome Team Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can color coordinate the titles and add multiple status types as well as custom notifications and public links to boards. I like that I can make boards private to some team members and each team member's dashboard is different and created with their tasks in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it started at a lower price point for starting out but for the automation I am running the price is fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com as a task management tool as well as a way for clients to submit requests and see what the status is on different tasks. This way they have a dashboard available to them 24/7.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not buy a tool like this until you know exactly what you want it to do and have a plan for implementing it. No tool will solve all your problems. You need to use the tool this won't run itself and is only as good as the amount of time you take to update it.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has empowered our business by allowing us to house all of our mission critical timelines and documents in one super simple easy to manage environment
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to see multiple projects in one central GANT view, this is less of a dislike and more of a nice to have in general monday.com is easy to use and simple to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a remote team on track is tricky, with monday.com being a cloud based service it helps us all stay connected to the important information needed to build, iterate and support oir products

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to collaborate on projects with other team members, and I love how you can set a timeline to let your team know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how pulses/subitems work took me a little while in the beginning, but overall I have been happy with all of the functions of Monday.com once I learned how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on tasks and projects with my team. I like seeing who all has viewed a pulse since not all updates need a response. It makes sure everyone is on the same page.
In a league of its own
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly design and layout. It takes zero time to become comfortable with this application. I've tried other PM systems and none have come close to Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit the text and paragraphs in the replies like I can in the initial update box. Other than that, I cannot think of anything I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've eliminated the need to flag multiple email chains from different people on the same project. Thanks to Monday.com I can simply update the project guidelines in real time.
Great for transparency and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface. Easy to manage and build. Very eye pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates can be overwhelming and keeping it simple helps. You can easily spend a lot of time managing vs being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, production management, client transparency. Time clocks, finances, services.

Phone support is nice or even a chat when your a user.
