Great but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The servers have issues somewhat frequently and the text fields are so small that it can be easy to miss details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everyone in the loop about any given project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very useful and intuitive tool but do some research and know its limitations before paying for it.

Great platform for project management amongst 1 million other uses
What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday is similar in functionality to spreadsheets yet is so much more powerful with automations, advanced columns, different ways to view your data and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike. The platform has everything I can think of needing while they are adding more and more features what seems like weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use monday for project management, scheduling, marketing strategy, employee tracking, HR and so much more! It truly is an all-in-one tool for a lot of businesses.
The Best Project Management System I Have Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
I have used three different Project Management / Task Management / Resource Planning tools throughout my enterprise career, and Monday.com exceeds all of my expectations. The other tools I used were always more complex and had a much larger learning curve to get them to do what you wanted. Monday.com has none of these issues and the transition to it, with no prior experience or knowledge of the tool, is incredibly simple. I have received no training on how to use Monday.com because it just feels completely natural to use. Groups, Tasks, Subitems, Owners, Timelines, Statuses, everything is just so simple and elegant, and it's truly remarkable how well this system is built. At previous organizations, we would use our project management tool and sometimes Microsoft Excel to keep track of certain items, but we would always get emails for tasks that came up that we would never have a spot to keep track of. We did not want to make a new spreadsheet, and even if there was a project that the task could go in, it was always a hassle adding it to those tools. I can safely say that experience is NOT the same when using Monday.com, as I can easily add new tasks or subitems to current or recent groups within seconds. I haven't even started mentioning the collaboration and communication features here, like tagging users to ask them questions or getting their input on your updates. Being able to add files to subitems, view the history logs of tasks, and customize your reporting and layout of the tool, it's remarkable that it can do everything I ever would've hoped a solution could do. I love my current employer, but I don't know if I could ever go back to the other project management/task tracking tools I've used before because Monday.com is just that incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about this application. One nice thing to add to the tool would be the ability to save a View/layout just for you and not have that visible to anyone else on the team. For the primary team board that I work out of, I filter it for all assigned tasks, but I like some columns in a different order than others. I could save all of these settings into a View, but that view would be visible to everyone on the team, and we already have seven Views created by leadership. It would be nice to make a personal view that could only be seen by the user so that we could lay out our work exactly how we want. It's by no means a dealbreaker with the application, but it is a feature that I hope they'd add in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to track all tasks, issues, and projects in our Data Integration and Data Delivery teams. Other IT teams use this tool for their tracking, but for our specific team's needs, it helps us validate our data integrity and ensure that our future state plans and projects will be met. We solve data integrity issues almost weekly by keeping up with tasks in this tool, which provides more accurate reporting for our end users who utilize this data.
Great Software program that keeps shared key items organized!

The entire program and the ability to add different areas and details.
What do you dislike about the product?
That other people can delete my entries.

Being able to enter large amounts of data at once - not nested windows.

View controls sometimes difficult to figure out correct filtering

If you use Jira, this product is much easier to use and more flexible for different situations and needs.

I like the fact that is present a voting system.

At least on my computer, it takes a bit to load the main page

There are a lot of benefits, like it's easier to work with a lot of people. Surely it's a good investment, and allows me to be more productive.

Its boards are very practical, intuitive and very easy to understand for anyone who wants to use them.

Sometimes it takes time to immediately reflect the information to other users of the same boards, and sometimes the sistem crash for a few moments, this is too boomer

The daily monitoring of the tasks in my team is the most practical, they also participate in the filling and it becomes easier, also we use them to takt time dashboards for the team

5. It is useful as it integrates with other platforms like Mailchimp and Shopify, which speeds up project operations.
