What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the best Saas platforms available for managing. Its collaboration with different platforms like DAM, Calender, Tracking etc., makes it very convenient for the user to manage and monitor programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com offers different services based on the subscription plan, which is sometimes a little costly for the user. Also, integrating Monday.com with our services takes a significant amount of time by their time in reviewing the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating the Monday.com plugin with services makes it convenient for users to use the Monday.com directly feature to create custom services. It's also best for creative collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's automations are life-changing. Makes task/project management so easy and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many functions to the system that I never have time to learn them all! More regular webinars and case studies would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased communication across departments and easily streamlines processes.

Me ha encantado Monday desde el primer día, ya que permite una gestión clara y VISUAL de la carga de trabajo a través de un proyecto, una línea de tiempo o simplemente como una agenda de tu propio tiempo semanal.

A principio comparaba mucho esta plataforma con la competencia, pero era simple costumbre. Hoy por hoy puedo decir que Monday.com tiene una interfaz muy dinámica y tecnológica, permitiendo la vinculación de otras plataformas para mejorar la experiencia de uso.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
El principal beneficio de Monday.com fue que pude ver la distribución de la carga laboral de mi equipo de trabajo, ya que antes solo se usaba otra plataforma y excel, pero ahora toda la información se encuentra en un solo lugar.
Monday makes it much easier for my team to communicate with the support team.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is the possibility for everyone on the team to be able to see the interaction on the cards and the chance of keeping a history of activities already completed

The less helpful thing about Monday is that sometimes it's hard to see the sub-items when in kanban view

What do you like best about the product?
I love how adaptable monday.com is. it integrates with all the other softwares we use, but honestly we're phasing out a lot of the other apps because Monday does most of it anyway. We're using it as a project management software, CRM, Event planning/ tracking... and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found I don't like is that I can't enter anniversaries like a calendar for yearly reminders. There are extra steps to keeping hte reminders active and that worries me because everything else is so seemless and I don't trust myself to remember lol Calendar like details would pretty much remove the need for a work email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're solving a lot of issues I didn't even realize existed lol I get emails with updates and think "oh wow, that's super cool!"
Monday solves many problems at once
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility. I might need to create a form for capturing ideas one day, then the next I might need a workflow board for product management.
Then I may want to keep track of Jira tickets via the really helpful integration they offer. Lot's of options.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to hide part of information available on a board, so at times you have to get creative and generate some elaborate workarounds.
Also, if you need to update multiple items on different boards at once, it's not great to post one update to linked items or repeated items, especially when attachments are involved.

It reduces steps, helps to drive accountability and makes information available quickly to those that need it.
If someone asks me how to show workflows in an easy-to-read format, Monday is usually the answer.

Using Monday.com for 3 years now for project management and team tasks organization
What do you like best about the product?
Having the option to assign, tag and notify team mates about the status of a current task or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations not always suitable for me, needs to be more adjustable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the huge issue of team colaboration on a long term project.
Monday.com | A great well-round 'do everything' solution
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps our team organized! In addition to the traditional project management tool they continue to innovate and add more features that our team has found extremely useful. We are particularly fond of Monday Work Docs which they keep making better. We were early adopters of Work Docs and made several feature requests and recommendations that have already been implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any real downsides. Some people might consider it to be an expensive solution, but with some of tools that come baked in has allowed us consolidate multiple SaaS solutions into Monday.com offering us a great cost savings and bringing more tools into a single space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, timelines and keeping up to date on what is going on across all teams. We don't have regular standup meetings because everyone on our team is such a fan of Monday.com that we can look across all teams to get updates. Less meetings & more productivity!

I like that it is so customizable. If there isn't a direct automation to there usually is an integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to group boards together and whatever changes are made in one are made in the whole group. Also, I wish su items had more automation options.

It has given us a "central intelligence"
