Monday.com is incredibly flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I like how anything you can think of putting into a task list can be organized in so many different views. If you want a gantt chart or kanban cards, great, they're there. If you want to get particular you can drill down into each task in a table view. And of course you can communicate on any given task in conversational-style updates, replies, and reactions. It's like if Trello and Microsoft Project had a baby. Consider it for your team of 5 or more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downsides of monday.com are the same as most task or project software: getting people engaged in their tasks, groups, and boards as a matter of policy. And that's not on monday.com. They provide the ability to notify across platforms like the web, desktop, or app. They provide auotmations if there are things you do a lot in monday.com so you can trigger events to happen in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my tasks in many different views because different views are useful at different times.

A fantastic tool for managing projects and teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations into and automation tools are invaluable to how we manage our workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite easy to create complicated functions within the automation and this needs a lot of good practice to be effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team within a very business company. Our team manages the marketing for multiple different divisions - each with their own specific requirements. Monday allows us to keep track of these moving parts as a team and this is invaluable.
Excellent tool for managing multiple and varied projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to use multiple board types for different aspects of different projects. A full product launch? Great there's a board for that. A list of 100+ clients tracked with plugins and parameters? There's a board for that. Tracking a global change that has to be made to 100+ individual services? There's a board for that. I've not yet come across something that I've not yet been able to build using Monday.com + marketplace add-ons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations can be limited out of the box, and require a trip to the marketplace to find a suitable solution. Vlookup is one that springs to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue solved using Monday.com is simply having everything you need across multiple systems, CRMs, spreadsheets all able to be displayed in one area and collaborated on with great user access control.

nothing, its so much easier than any platforms I have used in the pst

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Unable for the system to update multiple boards with one entry. ( I was trained to perform the task but it does not work)
2. unable to easily determine the bandwidth of participants.
3. I would like a "pop-up" message indicating when a task is close to exceeding the deadline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, I am more productive. I am reminded of the multiple projects I have to complete without losing sight of the task or the deadline. Yes, the team's performance has increased with the use of the tool.
Completely changed the way we work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. Simple to follow online guides. It has compleytely changed the way we work as a company for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating when you can't get quite the right automation set up for an activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is streamlining our activity. There is much more trasparency accross the company which has improved efficiency, process, workflows and teamwork.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn compared to other software platforms. The UI is beautiful and brings an enjoyable experience. Encourages collaboration across a team inside and outside the platform with notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to load and report on high amounts of data. The inability to connect data in the backend results in maxing out connections within a connection column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving team workload capacity as well as organizing internal deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
It is forever expanding and adding on new functionality

Probably the desktop app. The web version is certainly more usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all our projects across the company. It is an invaluable tool for us we couldn't do without.
Excellent system to manage all day-to-day projects, tickets, and more… much more.

Using Monday allows me to keep track of all my projects, manage my workflow and collaborate with others in my organization and external users.
I moved to use Monday from a different platform and I got to admit that Monday is better by far.

The only downside I found using Monday is there is no ability to bulk update permissions to users/boards, only manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant advantage for me using Monday is the ability to collaborate on projects and share info with internal and external users.
An excellent way to keep track of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Monday makes it to keep track of my assignments at work. I write articles for several different people, and they can put in their requests easily in Monday. It's simple for me to check what needs done, and to inform my co-workers when work is finished.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to get used to at first. There's definitely a learning curve. However, once you get the hang of it, Monday works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us at my work a place to keep track of assignments and other tasks. It's much easier handling it this way than, say, through email. I find that it allows us to be more productive with a bit less overall effort.
